I compare price(including delivery) & delivery time. Others might do the same, but maybe physical integration with restus. & advertisements made them win.
They already covered in one of their videos that at last only two startups survives. Such as Zomato swiggy, Uber ola, Paytm gpay etc.
Probably first mover advantage. And dedicated brand name. Others look like part time job.
