    I really like the fact that while it is a incredibly OP ability, The Almighty does have legitimate weaknesses that were essential in regards to defeating Yhwach.
    Plus, it is the main ability of the literal God of the Bleach world and his Son, if ANY characters are going to have a Godly ability it would be those two.
    I wonder what the significance of the numbers of eyes are meant to symbolize thought. Maybe those with three pupils can only see the future to the point where they die, while the one with four pupils can see what happens beyond their deaths? That could explain why the Soul King allowed the Nobles to turn him into the lynchpin of the three worlds.
    He ultimately decided that it was necessary to allow humans to live with the existence of death to allow them to understand the value of a finite existence.

      🤔

    • @madaratobi321
      @madaratobi321 Před 10 měsíci +5

      It's not as simple as that. Yuha has to understand the ability in order to better choose a future where he can defeat it. He can't counter KS anymore aside from touching Aizen, because once KS is shown to you once, you become susceptible to it every time. This includes his Almighty. If Aizen reveal KS to Yuha after he activated The Almighty, it wouldn't work as effectively. Since Yuha would be able to predict when Aizen will use it. He can just pick a future where he looks away or a future where he overpowers Aizen before he activates it. But since Aizen showed it to him very early on, it has clouded Yuha's sight with the Almighty ever since. This further emphasizes that the Almighty's weakness is the past. He can only pear in to the future but he can never change what had happened in the past. This is the reason why Tsukishima was so pivotal to Ichigo and the gang's victory, because he could tamper with the past.

    The best villain in Bleach, hands down. I am more than sure Yhwach will return in the future continuation of the manga, because there were too much hints given in the final arc for that.
    1. In chapter 680/page 18 Yhwach says that he will find the happiest part in the future of Ichigo and his friends and in that part he will kill them all. He states that whenever they feel happy and calm they will remember his shadow and that he promises them eternal danger. All of this was said when his shrift was activated, so we can pretty much assume that he already f***ed up their future and made himself return in it.
    2. When Auswählen fell down on Haschwalth and took his power, Haschwalth stated that his power is the only power that will come in handy for Yhwach. "The Balance" manipulates the aspects of fortune and misfortune - that is something that can definitely save your life if something unexpected happens to you.
    3. In the final chapter, the remnants of Yhwach suddenly wake up in The Soul Society after 12 years and nobody knows how and why that happened. And what’s even weirder is that they appear in Kazui’s room by themselves. AS SOON as he dips his hand into that hole - the remnants immediately disappear both in his room and in The Soul Society. And, after that, Kazui obtains a sword that is mysteriously similar looking to Zangetsu.
    My theory is that Yhwach saved himself with the help of Jugram’s shrift and later bound himself to Kazui for an unknown reason. I have a whole theory of how Kubo might play out the final villain of Bleach in the future arc/s that would involve Yhwach, Aizen and The Soul King all at once, but that’s another story.

    Unironically, No ability within Bleach can kill Yhwach; some people genuinely forget that just because they think Aizen’s Kyoka Suigetsu was supposedly just extremely more powerful. It is powerful, but that wasn’t the case when he caught Yhwach under it.
    Aizen placed Yhwach under his Kyoka Suigetsu’s complete hypnosis during their first meeting in prison, that was when he didn’t have the almighty ability, and Yhwach didn’t know the full grasp of Kyoka suigetsu’s hypnosis. Aizen is fused with his zanpakto. Yhwach didn’t realize that, and due to this, just by looking at Aizen, he was placed under its hypnosis; it makes sense cause if he did know, then he wouldn’t have gone to see him face to face in the first place. He realized it after Hashwalth confronted him during the first invasion fight with Ichigo in episode 7. We can also conclude that Yhwach didn’t know that the effects of Suigetsu’s ability period are indefinite, meaning that once first exposed to Kyoka Suigetsu’s hypnosis, you are forever vulnerable, so just by being in his presence, he’s already under the effect. For example, the vizards how, even 100 years later, just by being in Aizen’s presence, they were able to be affected by Suigetsu’s hypnosis, as we all know. So overall, Yhwach was careless, thinking that just cause he and Aizen both have a terrible view of the soul society he wouldn’t have any reason to harm him cause Yhwach thought his goals aligned with his, but they didn’t. Aizen stated in Can’t fear your world 2, "But as the forefather of the Quincy once wanted, it will be no good for the world to go back to what it used to be in the beginning. It is crucial that people not lose their significance as a 'person.' Therefore, I shall become the lynchpin of this world, a symbol of all the sins committed by the Shinigami. The Rio, who is also a sacrifice, must fall out of heaven."
    In chapter 684, Yhwach deactivated Kyoka Suigetsu's effects when he realized that he was under it and was still prone to it due to their first meeting in the underground prison. So overall, Yhwach made himself immune to Aizen’s Kyoka Suigetsu simply cause once the Almighty has all knowledge of the ability that is being used against it, it becomes useless and stops working. Similar to Yhwach’s battle with Ichibei In chapter 610, The Official transition, Yhwach stated, “ I can know everything I see and all the powers I know take my side not only can they not be used to defeat me, they cannot even be used to harm me. That is my power, the almighty”
    Yhwach deactivates Ichibei’s darkness ability from his body, as Yhwach says to ichibei, assuming his thoughts were, “How didn’t he die? Why was my power peeled off of him? Why did I lose?” Yhwach made it to where ichibei’s darkness ability stopped working on him when it was simultaneously being inflicted over his whole body.
    The same occurrence would also happen if encountered by Uryu’s antithesis. Regardless of the reversal effects it does on events, the ability isn’t a counter to Yhwach’s Almighty; as stated again, once Yhwach knows of the power being used against him, it won’t have effects against him. Haschwalth said in chapter 609, “His majesty’s power is the power to see all that is about to take place, and the power his majesty sees cannot be used to kill him” so overall, Uryu’s antithesis won’t interfere with Yhwach’s almighty.
    The explanation as to why Yhwach didn't foresee the arrow is pretty simple. He was so distraught over almost being killed by Ichigo's Getsuga Tensho that he was distracted. Uryu then merely took advantage of the moment and fired at him. The Almighty is something that Yhwach has to actively use, and its visions have to be something that Yhwach has to interpret. Evidence that hints this is when Uryu came and shot the Arrow at Yhwach, Yhwach had no recollection of what it was (The Arrow) that was coming at him; he stated, “What is this” he would’ve known what it was if the almighty was activated. In the circumstance of Uryu trying to use antithesis on Yhwach and no matter how we readers try and think of a logical way how it would able to counter Yhwach’s power, the answer will always be that it just won’t, according to Yhwach himself basically saying it won’t. Yhwach would somehow some way make it to where it just wouldn’t work against him. I’m assuming he would deactivate it as he did to towards Aizen’s Kyoka Suigetsu in chapter 684 and Ichibei’s Ichimonji in chapter 610. Yhwach manipulates events, and if, according to his words (official translation), “ I can know everything I see and all the powers I know take my side not only can they not be used to defeat me, they cannot even be used to harm me. That is my power the almighty” then nothing can defeat him. Yhwach led himself to his defeat, his carelessness, to be exact.
    Starting from
    (1)[Meeting Aizen]
    (2)[Leaving the portal open for Ichigo to pass through]
    (3)[He could’ve absorbed Ichigo’s soul reaper powers along with his Quincy/Hollow which could’ve been the most logical thing to do to defeat him if he didn’t take the future vision Hashwalth gave him as something useless (in this case a dream) which was seeing Ichigo’s original shikai]
    (4)[Deactivating his almighty ability thinking that everything was over and nobody else could come and stop him (as a usual thing villains do cause of arrogance). In this case, it was Uryu coming and shooting the silver arrow at him]
    Even though Haschwalth said to Uryu that antithesis could challenge Yhwach, it won’t defeat him. Haschwalth backtracks on the statement and says to Uryu in chapter 679, “You’re a smart man. I know you realize you don’t stand a chance against me or his majesty,” which he was right cause Uryu was getting beaten up throughout the whole fight against him.

      I have a different theory as to why he couldn't see the arrow coming. He simply can't perceive those arrows specifically and I can come up with a few reasons as to why that'd be the case. One possible explanation: the fact that the arrowhead is made from something (I forgot what it's called) around the heart of a dead Quincy where the fact that it's from a dead Quincy makes it invisible to him. With an explanation like this, it makes more sense imo because just "being distracted" from a godlike being is kind of a bit too easy and shallow imo 🤔.

      @@fathergucci9588 Being powerful is one thing. Your power literally being "Ass Pull To Win" is just bullshit on multiple levels. Him being just straight up invulnerable would have been better than being able to retroactively retcon his own future. As is obvious from the conversations about it, you have to create leaps of logic in order to explain his loss. If Almighty just made him invulnerable then "Antithesis" could have been written as literally negating any other Quincy power. Thus letting Uryu potshot Yhwach, turn off his God Mod, and leave him open for Ichigo to finish off. But no, Yhwach literally has the ability to retcon his own timeline at will. So we're left with "Just go with it bro" on how he lost. In all the infinite futures he saw am I really supposed to believe Uryu didn't betray him in ANY of them? That’s just disabling all abilities that comes his way. It would be such a simple but broken ability that there would be no room for it to have a weakness. Same could be said for the almighty but the weakness for the Almighty was that it’s not an ability that goes on instantaneously. Yhwach has to put effort into it. Plus if it was just pure invulnerability to all powers that would make it even harder to defeat him and you would get an even more terrible explanation on how he would be possibly defeated. But since it took a variety of steps that led to Yhwach’s defeat as I stated which were 4, we can say that this certain phenomenon is well known for defeating enemies that have powers that of a God, and that phenomenon is known as “Fate”

    When I readed Bleach I believed that Yhwach could see all possible future and react to them by forcing his enemy into a future that suited himself best to win, but he couldn't see the futures of a alternative past, but only when it was connected with the other futures time lines.
    This can be hard to maybe imagine what I'm writing about, but Imagine a blue line drawn to the right and it splits in many different parts as possible futures, now imagine a redline drawn to left starting from the beginning of the blue line that is the past, now it is also splits apart to the left as many possible past, now imagine a red line drawn to the right from one of the splitting parts above or under the blue lines and its splits in many different parts as a new possible futures, and last imagine the red lines slowly connecting into the blue line. In shorth the Blue lines represent what Yhwach could see and the Red lines represent what he couldn't see, but when connects into the blue one than it back to square one again. It is under the short time when Yhwach couldn't see the possible futures becuse of the change of the past, that Ichigo, Aizen, and Uryu could suprise attack him at all in a kinda forced team work of all three characters. If they would tried to fight one on one than Yhwach would crush them. Ichigo had the power to destroy him but Yhwach would just forced him into a future where Ichigo would lose.
    Aizen could change Yhwach reality for a time, but after short time he would be countered by Yhwach abilities.
    Uryu he had the power the stop Yhwach abilities for a very short time with the silver arrow, but he didn't have the power to destroy him.
    To win Aizen needed that Yhwach was focused on him and believed that he was Ichigo, so that Uryu could get enough time to hit Yhwach with the silver arrow and that Ichigo could Finish of Yhwach during the short time when he no longer could use his abilities.

    • @fathergucci9588
      @fathergucci9588 Před rokem

      He’s the biological son. Yhwach’s overall character is similar to Jesus, in chapter 588 a special hint indicated that Haschwalth expected that Yhwach would have some sense of sentimentality over a death of an individual,in other words to feel grieve.I find it hard to believe that a “power shredded away from the Reio that took human shape and manifested itself” would be considered to have sentimental feelings over something let alone calling an individual their father. Also wouldn’t “that power that shredded away from the Reio that took human shape” mean that Yhwach is basically a duplicate of the soul king? Why would the soul king call himself father?
      Regardless of the unknown as to when exactly the soul king found a mate and had Yhwach and regardless as to weather we think there wasn’t any possible point of time he could’ve had a child, there will always be a possibility between the lines within a story. But from this observation Yhwach is definitely the biological son of god. I’m curious on who the mother is, I have a feeling she definitely died giving birth.

  • @deathangeleas2401
    @deathangeleas2401 Před rokem +3

    yeah I think this video illustrated something really well about how the Almighty is not that broken. Like essentially to simplify the almighty's greatest weakness, since it can't effect the past, literally any power that effects the past specifically is its greatest weakness. Now here's the reason why people say Yhwach is the most broken anime villain ever, because Uryu the only obviouse character who has an ability that can effect the past could have very easily lost his power because yhwach took it away and with that yhwach would have had a power that could also effect the past, making him broken af. If Yhwach had uryu's ability, he could have reversed what tsukishima did to ichigo's sword and ichigo would have lost. Now people might argue for aizen, while I think aizen could get really close to beating yhwach, the kyoka suigetsu isn't good enough cause it basically only creates a stalemate until one of them lets their guard down and wins. Thats kinda why people say that everything yhwach and the quincies do is an ass pull cause unlike any other villain casts in any anime period, its all or nothing with them. You either completely outsmarted yhwach or he completely beat you with his busted ass abilities and intellect there is no half-assing beating yhwach tbh.

      @@deathangeleas2401 I’m sure Yhwach knows of that power and it’s capabilities since he was the reason Uryu has it. It won’t effect the almighty cause Yhwach stated In chapter 610, “ I can know everything I see and all the powers I know take my side not only can they not be used to defeat me, they cannot even be used to harm me. That is my power, the almighty”
      Even Haschwalth said in chapter 609, “His majesty’s power is the power to see all that is about to take place, and the power his majesty sees cannot be used to kill him” so overall, Uryu’s antithesis won’t interfere with Yhwach’s almighty. The reason the arrow hit Yhwach is because he didn’t have the ability activated at that second. It is known that cause when he saw Uryu point the arrow at him he said “What is this” he would’ve known what the arrow was if the Almighty was activated so that confirms he got shot cause he deactivated his almighty at that moment.

    • @deathangeleas2401
      @deathangeleas2401 Před rokem

      @@fathergucci9588 Doesn't haschwalth say to uryu that the antethesis is the only thing capable of combating the almighty in their fight? Cause I swear he said that in the manga. I always thought that when yhwach said that whole "my powers cannot harm me" he meant that he knows all of them and knows all their weaknesses which means that he just knows how to counter them using the almighty. This was all true except uryu's ability because uryu developed it on his own like Gerard did. Additionally he always has auchwalen which allows him to steal all the echt quincies powers which also allows him to stop his powers from killing or hurting him.
      Otherwise tho, I'm pretty sure a quincy can use their abilities on him. I mean I don't see why not, unless he literally activates aushwalen in the moment and takes their power away. But considering the fact that aushwalen didn't take uryu's powers away and only haschwalth and gerard's powers, I don't think it would stop uryu from using his powers.

    • @fathergucci9588
      @fathergucci9588 Před rokem

      @@deathangeleas2401 For example In chapter 684, Yhwach deactivated Kyoka Suigetsu's effects when he realized that he was under it and was still prone to it due to their first meeting in the underground prison. So overall, Yhwach made himself immune to Aizen’s Kyoka Suigetsu simply cause once the Almighty has all knowledge of the ability that is being used against it, it becomes useless and stops working. So to simply put it when he realized he was under the hypnosis he negated it once he got back up after being attack by ichigo, that’s why he said“it appears the Kyoka Suigetsu’s affects have ended” Similar to Yhwach’s battle with Ichibei In chapter 610,
      Yhwach deactivated Ichibei’s darkness ability from his body, as Yhwach says to ichibei, assuming his thoughts were, “How didn’t he die? Why was my power peeled off of him? Why did I lose?”
      The same occurrence would also happen if encountered by Uryu’s antithesis. Regardless of the reversal effects it does on events, once Yhwach knows of the power being used against him, it won’t have effects against him.
      Also he didn’t awaken that power on his own, he drunk Yhwach blood that’s how he got his strift that awaken the antihiesis which was stated in chapter 565. Just like every other sternritter. Gerard is the same it’s just that with his shrift and the soul kings heart he has, he’s more powerful than others

    In my opinion the Almighty is one of the most powerful abilities ever to exist, if you look at it in a deeper perspective we learn that in the final battle Soul king fragments don't just disrupt the sight of Ywach it actually nullifies and cancel eachother out slightly only when it's up against other fragments from the Original Soul king which makes perfect sense since the Almighty Originally belongs to Soul King and not Ywach himself, all of Ywachs battles especially in the end were up against Soul King fragments and divine Quincy artifacts(still silver) which Nullified eachother out as if The Original Soul king himself played a part in Ywachs defeat and also the nullification of all abilities that involve soul king fragments or Soul king influence since the ability does not belong to him originally everyone from ichigo, Aizen, the Royal guard, Fullbringers etc all came in contact or had possession of these fragments which cancelled eachother out to an extent, Aizens illusion worked for a short time only, Ichigo managed to deal the killing blow, Ichibeis abilities not working properly when clearly it could work on everything and anything else even according to bleach law being the Monk who calls the real name of everything, Mimihagi escaping almighty, Tsukishima altering the past....if you look at all these closely you see that each one of them all had Soul king fragments or Soul king influence within them which acted as a nullifier to each ability from every character being used in the final battle including the Almighty which also couldn't work at its full potential thanks to it being pitted up against other Soul king fragments, in a way Soul king himself Nullified all of them for having parts of him in or around them Similar to how ichigos power can influence his friends around him etc, which caused them all to not use their abilities to their full potential, like putting 2 negatives together don't make a positive kina thing, Tsukishima is not a counter to the almighty it's his heritage and connection to the Soul king as a Fullbringer that left his ability to go unseen by Ywach Bach as a form of nullification only and not a true hard counter outright just like the rest of them including Ywach himself all nullifying eachother out till eventually whoever used their powers in a morr creative and better fassion won the battle which was ichigo and co, not Ywach....... Meaning that the only counter and nullifier to such an ability is the Soul King himself

      and for how aizen was able affect him with the hypnosis was during back before he activated the almighty in his talk with aizen same with how ichigo was able to land that finishing blow was because he was in the hypnosis distorting his vision of aizen as Ichigo, striped of power which ichigo managed to kill him for good.. the eyes and the black cloak floating round him allows him to see the future of anything it gazes on while uryu from behind while yhwach was on the fight with aizen and Ichigo shot yhwach temporary disabling his Quincy power if he isn't limited by those he would have either saw his ability stop in the future, attack and killing uryu in that future or basically select a future where everyone agrees to merging the realms (since there are infinite possible realities in the verse)

    Its actually alot like what DR. Strange did during Avengers Infinity War. If anyone remembers he was looking into 14million different futures and picked the future where they won the war vs thanos. Thats atleast how i understand The Almighty. Though im unsure he Yhwach is able to attack like that.

Then if u watch what if, there are infinite ways to beat Thanos without any cost. So yeah, Almighty's activation based on "What if", it include infinite theory that exist and non-exist, it literally ultimate vip pro version of visionary

      I'm guessing in that future Yhwach had to have fought Ichigo and after a really tough battle Yhwach broke Ichigo's Bankai. It's possible since Ichigo's Bankai had been broken by Haschwalt so who's to say the much stronger Yhwach can't break the much stronger Ichigo's Bankai. He then uses the Almighty to bring that outcome to the present, hence allowing to instantly snap Ichigo's Bankai in half.

    Yhwach seems, to me, selfish and afraid. Being that he is the son of the Soul King, his reluctance in becoming what he was meant to be is his own selfishness and fear. Yhwach won't admit to his own shortcomings either. The fact that he only has three irises shows his inability to fully master "The Almighty". His desire to destroy all three worlds also shows his selfishness and fear of not wishing to be what he was meant to be.
    Ichigo was born under the perfect set of circumstances to be the one to stop Yhwach and his misguided agenda. Since Ichigo has human, Quincy, Soul Reaper and Hollow as part of his make up, it stands to reason that Ichigo was born to stop Yhwach with out being designed to do so. Though Yhwach claims to have created Ichigo, which I sincerely doubt. If I'm wrong, so be it. This is only an opinion.

      Since the Soul king saw that far ahead with his Almighty it’s basically confirmed that Yhwach indeed did not have his almighty perfected cause if he was able to see that far ahead, everything would’ve went his way within the tybw arc and he would’ve succeeded in his goal

      It seems to work on the principle of laplace's demon=> schrodinger's cat. What I mean is that Almighty will rely on current information to see future, but of course it is not deterministic, so it will see infinite possibilities. So, the current information is "Aizen is Yhwach's rival", so Yhwach will only see events where Aizen faces Yhwach. The event "Aizen is Yhwach's ally" is another laplace's demon.
      The problem is Yhwach only control infinite possibilities of infinite^infinite possibilities aka quantum mechanics, and Yhwach only exist inside 1 reality, it mean Yhwach himself also has 2 version of win and lose, Yhwach is win and other is lose, so if version of Yhwach that is win, then he can bring future that everyone lose to reality, but other can't cuz it will create deterministic which is non logic with quantum mechanics. He can create deterministic within infinite possibilities not infinite^infinite possibilities. Even Soul King also can't make this, but in novel, there is statement that Soul King isn't bounded by concept of old and new, if we put quantum mechanics in Soul King, then that statement will make sense cuz it will be true mean of omnipresent. This is reason Im waiting how Kubo create broken power in hell arc lol.
