I make hundreds of these if you have a problem with broken petals add about 20% beeswax into your mix and I use I a heated metal rod to put a hole through my candle.
Hi Karen, I always stick a darning needle through the top and then push my wick through. They all look lovely but I like the soy pillar best as the flower 🌸 looks so realistic ,Looking forward to your other videos of candles xx
They have turned out really lovely. Excited for the rest of your candle videos 😁
Love the pillar white rose- absolutely gorgeous
Such a pretty mold. The candles are gorgeous when lit
Hi Karen, they're lovely.. I use my husband's smallest drill bit to put holes in my pillar wax candles. Of coarse it is a new bit and only used for wax, it works so well. If you don't want your soy pillar wax to lose petals, you could add maybe 8 percent food grade paraffin wax to your soy pillar blend. It should keep the petals from breaking off. I'm glad your doing a candle series. I always love your wax videos. I've learned a lot about wax melts watching your channel! I make both luxury and standard candles as well as wax melts of all kinds!
I enjoyed this bideo very much. I liked the bees wax best!

thanks so much for all that info - the candles are gorgeous
Karen, I totally agree that CLP labelling doesn't make sense. I mean, we don't have to put hazard warnings and pictograms about fragrances on soap and bath bombs, and the fragrance is going down the drain in that case , not evaporating into thin air! Even with soap and cosmetics, labelling isn't really for the customer, is it now, when we have to use scientific, Latin/Greek INCI terms instead of everyday plain English that customers can get their heads around. So who is labelling really for, and why? It wouldn't surprise me in the least to find out cosmetics regulations were lobbied for by the huge multi-national cosmetics companies to reduce competition (not protect customers - that's just what they want you to believe) from small independent businesses with better products but shallower pockets. It all needs rethinking with a ginormous dose of common sense and fairness. As for food imitations... Grrr... don't get me started! Sorry, mini-rant over. X
Hi Karen, That is a nice mold, the flower detail is so pretty. They all have something special about them, but my heart tends to lean towards the white soy. So beautiful while burning too.
My favourite is the pillar wax candle - so pretty

Beautiful Karen! 💛
Those molds make gorgeous candles
They are beautiful thank you for sharing this
They look lovely
You could dust the tips with beautiful micas too, the tips of the petals. Adds some sparkle and a touch of color.
Hi from Florida! These are so pretty! Especially lit!
This is the right video at the right time for me, I've been thinking about making candles to sell at my son's school Xmas Fayre this year 🥰
They’re beautiful
They turned out beautiful Karen.
I love your videos.
Thank you for showing us glad your on your way to recovery. What size wicks did you use ? Xx
Thank you
Back in the day when I was making candles I just used the wicks the company said were right for my soy wax. Now there are so many different waxes and all different wicks now I'm so confussed. But those are gorgeous.
Could you tell me what size of the wick you used for them?
l love them beautiful 😁
what wick did you use for soy candle?
So gorgeous…
Peonia in Parafine please
Do they float? They would be lovely in a bowl of water if they do. They are lovely though. I am looking forward to the next episode 😀
Well, I learned there's a translucent wax, which is really pretty! I wonder if it holds color well? I adore Bees Wax! I don't know that we can get the translucent wax here in the USA, but I'd love to work with something like that. Is it expensive? I use Apricot Coconut Creme Wax for my luxury line and The soft wax from Nature's Garden for my regular candles. I pay around 200$ for 45 pounds of the Apricot Coconut Creme. Where does the translucent wax fit in price range?

Can't wait for the next video!
