A Short Story About My Food Truck | Part 1

- Thank you for visiting my channel! It’s a Saturday and I’m still here in my kitchen. I usually take my weekends off but today one of my favorite customers ordered five trays of Adobo, Pancit and Lumpia. It should have been a quick one, but I decided to add more work to my short day and started prepping my Lechon Kawali for my next week’s lineup. While doing these, my friend shows up with his camera and forced me to tell my viewers how I started my food truck business. This is a short story but one day I’ll add more details into it.

Just started watching your channel few weeks ago and I have a small resto that we just open last Nov and it's really slow so I decided to introduce Filipino foods every weekend. Surprisingly the people love it and here in North Dakota, there's not a lot of Filipinos. It's a struggle actually to start a business during this time,sometimes I really wanna quit coz it's like your working so hard for nothing. This video is inspiration for me to keep going no matter what.
Sir just keep on grinding! Putting up a business is not for the faint of heart, and most if not all struggle on their first year. My only advice is keep on grinding and just give it your all, make sure the quality and taste is on point and soon you’ll reap the fruits of your hardwork. Goodluck on your business, believe me, you’ll establish it in no time 🙏🏼
