I’m a beginner and this was the first tutorial that has worked start to finish.
Everytime I follow a tutorial (including your old ones) it’s so outdated and not relevant with the new versions (no offense). There is always one step that doesn’t work anymore and messes up the whole process.

Fantastic video set! These came for me at a great time. I previously used the OpenXR interaction tool kit and switched to meta for the building blocks, but much is different. I struggled with the UI for about 10 hours. Watching this video, you can see why. Thanks for showing how to build it.

Can you show how to hide the controller models and instead have the hands be still visible while using the controllers. I remember it used to work before but now for some reason it doesn't. I can't figure it out

I have imported an fbx file into my scene and can't seem to be able to grab it. Do I need to do something different to the fbx object to make it grabbable?
EDIT: I fixed it.. I had applied the interactable components to the prefab instead of the mesh filter. Once I applied the components to the mesh filter instead, it worked.
Hello. how to make a racket game with photon in which you have to hit a ball. I have problems when a second player tries to hit the ball. Is it because of some issue of who owns the ball?

why only teleport how to move using controllers?
Have do you get the grabbable objects to have physics when I throw it with my hands? Right now, it just stops where it is in the air and plops to the ground
On the rigidbody tick off "is kinetic" and then add a physics grabbable component to the game object.
Just adding a line to get a notification when this is answered, as I had exactly the same question. It's one and the same cube, so the rigidbody settings should not be the cause.
I’m also trying to throw the object, I made the rigidbody kinematic but it’s not working. I also tried using the HandVelocityCalculator on each hand but still it doesn’t work. Any ideas how to make it work?

Why the the physics grabbable doesnot work for hand and distance grabbable interactable
it should work did you fix this ? Maybe you need to add the physics grabbable reference to the hand grabbable interactable

Question: Why are we not using building blocks for the instead of searching for all the scripts?
Building Blocks is great but unfortunately it doesnt set up interactions for our controllers yet. Though the setup is very similar for controllers and hands!

Physics Grabbable is deprecated
A big problem with Unity tutorials in general
is it possible to do a video as this one czcams.com/video/bYS35_hC6B0/video.html for the door and drawer with the meta interaction SDK, even thought I set the hinge joints I keep grabbing the whole door
