3:37 These platforms are not for High-speed rails. It is for the State Railway of Thailand trains going to Chiang Mai and other places in the northern and northeastern part of Thailand which is going to be opened by 23rd December 2021. The extension of this station for high-speed rails and Airport Rail Link is going to be constructed later on.

30 minutes between Bang Seu and Don Mueang? Taxis are faster.

Seriously? First You promise to answer (show) and then forget about the main issue here - How to deal with all the luggage a traveller brings coming from another continent. Looks to me this train is meant for airport employees and local residents only (and just maybe for some travellers with hand luggage only). Since DMK mostly covers domestic flights, this train line should still be useful for travellers sometimes - But if One arrives with a big suitcase (or a big backpack) (which is very common for intercontinental flights). One will still be forced to use a taxi! Or a minivan perhaps

True, most international flights arrive at and depart from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Suvarnabhumi is serviced by the Airport Rail Link, which many international travelers use with full sized luggage. Even whole families use the Airport Rail Link to travel from their hotel in the Siam or Asok areas to Suvarnabhumi.
Yes, most flights In and out of DMK are domestic with some budget international flights to places such as Singapore, China, and South Asian cities.Although most people riding to DMK will be for short domestic trips, it wouldn't be surprising to see travelers spending a night or two in Bangkok and then traveling onward to Phuket or Chiang Mai using this train.
