The fact that the "heroes" are mercenary child soldiers with loose moral codes says a lot about how there is no truly good faction in their world. McGillis definetively didnt try to change gjallarhorn for goodness sake and in fact was purely driven by his selfishness and ego, but ultimately did the right thing even if it was for the wrong reasons.
To be fair it’s the only gundam in iron blooded orphans to not be modified this is it’s base power of 300 hundred years ago. Imagine if Baal received modifications like every other gundam.
