You are 100% correct. 😂. I tried to use it last night and messed up and it has a 180 second recharge so I left it alone. There is a practice mode in the game and learned how to use it properly. Now I’m thinking with portals.

@@TheHorror47 yes It is super useful when u can use it properly thats why it has long cd. Exp combo use portal to enemies backline and use surprise Ultimate
