Trying a TYPICAL ITALIAN STREET FOOD in BRAZIL

Today we’re going to show you a little bit of Italy through its gastronomy here in Brazil! We came to try the Piadina, a typical food from the Bologna region.
The recipe was born in northern Italy, in a region known for its gastronomy. Piadina is a type of sandwich prepared with a light dough, filled and folded in half. It's a typical Italian street food, and is sold in small restaurants, kiosks and food fairs!
