I've been attempting to learn spanish for 12 years, and have always lost the motivation. (pathetic)

i agree Danny is a much more effective teacher than Ana has her own style of teaching which is great

I love these lessons! But just a few corrections: “desayunarse” may only be reflexive in European Spanish (in certain contexts), but in everyday language it’s just “desayunar”

Reflexive verbs in spanish are app. Similar to that in french with small difference: se comes before the verb
For example
Se laver = lararse
Je me lave = me lavo
Tu te laves = me lavas
Etc.

I just want to tell you what a lifesaver your videos have been for me. I am taking Spanish 1 online in college as my last humanities class and was feeling extremely discouraged before coming across your videos. I was making 40's and 50's on homework assignments (and I normally have a 4.0GPA) and it was driving me crazy!!! My text book is HORRIBLE, there's no explanation, no list of rules, no charts...no nada :-) and I was LOST!!! Thank you SO Much for taking the time to make these videos!!
