- Connecticut-based O.F. Mossberg & Sons continues to grow its footprint in the autoloading shotgun market by leaps and bounds - or, in this case, by beards and spurs. In yet another move to grow its 940 Pro line of scatterguns in 2022, Mossberg released a shotgun duo tailor-made for gobbler chasers.

To my Turkey hunters do not hate me... but I Purchased this one for my home defense. I know I know they sell a home defense version but the home defense version is a whole lot more money and I just love the old camouflaged look.
Thanks for liking my look into this shotgun so far I've not had anyone slammed my choice for home defense. I thought I would be butchered for it.
It’s the same gun for less money , and if you want the extra capacity you can just buy the tube extension, I’m about todo the same thing . Getting a better paint job for less money it’s a win win
Oh me too exactly but I’m thinking keeping a pump for self defense
What an awesome video this was great! 👌🏼
We need this in a 20 gauge!
Ive always been a Remmy or Benelli guy when it comes to autoloader 12s, but I am really digging these 940s
Definitely caught my attention too
Great review !
Great review, what a beast!
Awesome video. Thanks
I love the gun, its almost perfect!!
The factory choke on mine shot a deadly pattern at 40 yards with federal tss #9 shot with a 3 inch shell.
Looks like it would make a nice coyote gun as well.
Love it!
Thanks for sharing review. Yea nice cycling shotgun. $910 .
Saludos🤗🤗
I am wondering how it will work with a modified choke tube for small game and a cylinder bore for home defense and slug hunting ?
Just picked mine up today, boy its a nice shooter. Won on a bid $619.00 gunbroker 😅
I thought this was a 4+1? You only made 3 shots?
Are the buttstocks interchangeable??
Yep
That’s all I use is 3 in Remington 870 and I’ve killed a bunch of turkeys at 40 yards
I'm gonna have to go tell a whole lot of turkeys that they aren't really dead. I mean, if you need a 3.5 inch 12 gauge or a 10 gauge, that means there are a whole lot of turkeys that "weren't" bagged with 20 gauge or .410. It's weird, though. I seem to remember that some of those same birds were delicious...
Seriously, you’re right.
The amount of marketing the hunting industry pushes on turkey gear, you’d think they are the most difficult to kill animal on the planet.
Killed two Toms last year after buying this gun. Love it
Sorry more is better. Give me 3.5"
Love the gun but the camo is hideous, I repainted mine right away
Wondering about that...
