      @@bluetv6386 Possibly. And the term for that knife maneuver is technically called a karate chop in Japanese. Dojo’s that traditionally teach those techniques known as chop- shops. All kidding aside...I was a vegan till I saw that slice of red meat.

    You didn't show how he marinate and roast the lamb after this. He pokes more holes in the lamb, and put cloves of garlic and sprigs of rosemary in. Told us to season with salt and pepper. He puts it in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes at 350 F.

    A blunt object won't necessarily brake the hand. I've never broke my hands. I'm a builder by trade many times missed a bolster chisel and hit my hand. Even got hit once with a sledge. Just bruised. I put it down to my taekwondo and boxing training. Just imagine if I practiced iron palm techniques on top of these! The blunt weapon would tremble lol
