Thanks again for opening up your shop Andy, it was a great time hanging with you.
I loved it a double thank you Andy.
Thanks for coming by Brian!
Can I get the plans for free? 🤣
Little stuff like you pointed out is exactly why I watch these videos, love to see different/new ideas to use in the shop 👍
Smart thermostats are must have. I have the Honeywell one it only $80. It saved me around $35 a month this winter. I took a plumbing course over winter while I was healing my hand and in the course they told us to use the same type of pipe it's called rapid air maxline.
I love these shop tours! Great to hear other view points of those who have already done the build.
Great idea to this series Brian and many thanks to Andy for sharing - so many great ideas 👍👌👏
Keep the shop tours coming!!!
What a great shop. He talked, at about the 13:00 minute point, about how it was the dream to get the stuff from all the different places moved into one place, that is exactly where I am at! I need to amalgamate 4 garages into one shop! Ugh. Great video.
Good vid Brian, very nice shop I can def appreciate the effort put in. Also good balance of speed moving/taking listening etc in this video kept a good flow. No awkward moments etc.
Fun to watch people stepping up their game now that cameras are sharing their shops to the world.
The shop, and the work, looks great! tHanks for the video
(I'll go now and start cleaning.....I'll take the camera along)
Nice tour, thanks guys. Thanks ya both
Water lines & air line that's all a plus Brian thank you.
This is gonna be an epic series @Brian!! Love it brother!! I hope y’all stay safe and stay blessed!!
Thanks sir!
Love the idea of shop tours!
Lots of great ideas for ways to maximize space. Great subject matter.
Thats a nice setup hes got there it definitely a cool workshop its always super nice when u have something like that you can pretty much work in there make all the noise you want and nobody bother u
Brian I love this video awesome tell Andy thank you very much.
That shop is a dream.
Awesome shop, as an owner I utilize everything. I’d suggest picking up a commercial grade tire machine! They really come in handy!
Your the greatest brian...keep the videos coming brother
Just built a 60x40 shop fully insulated. Can't wait to build this thing out!
My man, you know you’ve done something right when ads you have filmed are before your videos. Keep kicking butt Brian!
Working towards that house fund lol 😎
@@BriansLawnMaintenance Right on brother! Im saving to put an addition on my house, mud room, heated floor Im fired up! Lets get it man!
Great shop
looking forward to the next one in an hour!
AWESOME setup!
Love the shop tours.
Great shop and great video!!
So cool! Fellow Indiana man! Love it and Im jealous
Cool shop
That blue coated aluminum airline is good stuff and easy to assemble. I work at a machine shop and in the original building we have copper lines and in the newer area of the shop we have the blue line. It's a lot bigger of course.
Awesome video and shop! ✊🏽
This is a really good shop tour. I'm going to take his advice on the Max Air. I'm just getting ready to redo my peumatic system. He didn't mention it, but I like his clamp rack back in the corner. Reaally nice and organized shop. This was my first time see your channel. I really enjoyed it. Thanks!
Rad video. I had the same size shop build.
Loft going in soon.
So sick !!!!!!!!!!!! 💪💪
Love the shop tours
I'm super stoked to see this. It's a little smaller than my building, but doesn't appear that way. My shop space on my property is 36x36, and it just feels cluttered and disorganized because there was a separate room built inside that spans the entire length of the building, 10 foot wide. The whole building was done pretty poorly. When it comes time to replace the exterior I think I may rip the ceiling down, turn the room into a loft such as yours, and add a vehicle lift.
I do wish you guys went more in depth on the loft! The dividing room I've got has full 8ft ceilings, and the shop has a fully finished ceiling so the loft space is maybe 4ft tall.
Lol my dad did the same thing with bolts. Drove me nuts haha
I like the benches off the ground
Great shop build. Great ideas. Very thoughtful and efficient design.
That's nice my friend s
Nice shop tour!💪
Staying organized is smart time is money.
Crazy organization one day
Nice shop. I like the organization part. Everything has its own place. It makes the job you're doing more enjoyable when you can go right to what you need and not waste time rummaging around for a part or tool for 10 or 15 minutes. I like the mezzanine too. What are the mezzanine's dimensions?
Wicked shop
These shop tours are exactly what I was looking for! I just built a 40x48 and it occurred to me I don’t really know what layout I’m wanting!
Amen brother!

May be going Snow plowing tonight 😳😐 Mowed grass on Friday LOL! Keep up the great work!
We got 2” of wet snow on the ground as we speak! Unreal lol
I like the idea at @18:50 about the consulting on shop design.....Kind of a "Shop Rescue" show ....i have a potential site for the First show.....
Hey Brian this is Brian with Brian's Contracting. How cool. I was watching shop set up videos to get ideas for my new shop and stumbled across your video here. I'm also in NW Indiana. Totally subscribed. Thanks for the insight.
Thanks Brian!
Great shop , Mysteriously clean , LOL.
I see you use storage units to store your machines. Do you also leave your trailers there as well?
Do a lawn care shop tour In Michigan that has a lot of redmax tomorrow
16ft to the rafters and probably a 40x60 footprint would be good for this guy. Put the mezzanine loft joists at 9 or 10 feet above the floor. Defo do in-floor heating and probably install dual crappers and basin sinks, too. And perhaps plumb more drainage to the septic or some other safe solution so you CAN clean parts in it.
Brian let’s see some enclosed trailer set ups if you got the opportunity!
Hey man I'm seeing you house buildup in new property from other channels
We would love updates on what you are doing
Let Andy know that Kimball-Midwest Carrie’s a bolt that’s as strong as grade 8 and corrosion resistant as Stainless for pennies more than G8. I’m in AG and rust is a constant problem so we used to dump soooo much money into stainless hardware. The problem, besides price, is that SS is brittle and galls easy. We ultimately left TifCo when I discovered they were charging us $2.58 per (3/8x1 1/4) bolt!! $1.66 per 1/4 washer!! That was 2019 prices. Hate to see where they’re at now. Side note: If you leave TifCo, don’t let them tell you they’ll take back your bins. Those are yours! It’s all worked into the cost. And for the rest of you out there with hardware vendors, ask your salesman if they ever come across old drawers/bins. They’ll just give them to you most of the time!!
What is the height from floor to the bottom of the joist? It looks like 7 ft to me? Also the size of the header? Looks huge!
Do a lawn care shop tour in Michigan with all redmax blowers edgers weed eaters tomorrow
My buddy works for Mulder he loves it awesome local company here one day I will be on his level! You need a Fleet tour on him his equipment is so sharp!
I’m sure we’ll be back! He’s on a huge job atm so time is money lol
Did he slope the whole floor to the drain or do they just sweep the water to the drain on the level floor.
What size is that overhead door?
where are the rest of the trusses!!! Are those 8' on center?
Organized = efficient
So how come no in floor heat??
Sure
I must be going blind I misread that as Murder shop 😂😂😂
How tall are walls (12’) and highest point 14’?
What is the height and width of the loft??
How big is your loft?
was the spray foam applied direct to the roof metal ?
Most likely
Any chance to find out what the btu rating is for the heater
Sorry not sure!
What area are you in? Surprised to see the trusses so far apart.
Crown Point I believe
What's the name of the guy that makes the battery holders? Couldn't find them online.
Message Mulder on IG he can tell you!
How tall are the walls? This is a similar design to what i was hoping to build.
I believe he said 14’
@@BriansLawnMaintenance awesome idea to show these shops. Thanks

What size are the sidewalls

Wonder how much his milwaukee bill is lol.
He even said he went on a shopping haul one day, lord only knows haha
