      It's called tef it grows in ethiopia but u can found z flour in any ethiopian store zey will tell you how to make it

    Ah strange way they served the food. Normally injera is used like an edible utensil. Normally much more. Very strange to see such little portion and food wrapped inside? Maybe they were just trying appeal to foreigners with the fork? Glad to hear it was delicious nonetheless.

The journalist asked one of them : “How do you manage to be so thin” and she said “it is because I only eat every three days... “ It was not her choice ! It was only because she could’t afford for food every day.

      Dream Work not true. They gave her the fork. I can’t use chopsticks but a fork works just fine. I’m not offending my Korean friends by it either.
