First time in a long time that I've seen someone make their performance of the anthem about the song and its meaning rather than a showcase for themselves. Less is more and a beautiful haunting rendition that allowed the words and music to really hit home. Could've belted it out as powerfully as anyone but showed true artistry and respect.

Followed Jay and Sons since the beginning. They are finally getting well-deserved recognition here in the US. Europe has known about them for years. Fantastic rock and well done here Jay.
Absolutely amazing! I have been a fan of Jay Buchanan for 20 years. I once interviewed him for a Live Magazine cover story. We chatted while sitting in his band’s rehearsal space - a storage unit in a dumpy part of town with orange shag carpeting stapled to the walls. May his star keep rising! 🌟

Jay has a kickass rock and roll voice. If he wanted to, he could've really belted out the National Anthem here. Instead, he sang the song respectfully in the traditional key it is written.
