    In today’s video my boyfriend and I share how we make this delicious and versatile Mangoe jalapeño chutney. I love it because it’s not too spicy and packs a ton of flavor!
    It’s a great addition to any charcuterie board, your favorite white fish or chicken dishes or my favorite, fish tacos! 🌮

    1 Tablespoon Avocado oil amzn.to/3yrbLts
    2 Teaspoons Fresh Ginger
    2 Cloves Garlic
    1 Serrano Pepper
    2 Jalapeño Peppers

    1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin amzn.to/3LFvI2Q
    1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric power amzn.to/3LHhiPG

    4-5 large Mangoes 🥭
    2 Cups White Granulated Sugar amzn.to/3WFaPLC
    1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar amzn.to/46kfR3j
    Fire roast peppers, cover and let steam for 5-10 mins,
    peel, de-seed and mince.
    De-skin a thumb of ginger and mince.
    Mince 2 cloves of garlic.
    Chop 4-5 magoes.
    Add avocado oil to a 8 cup(or larger) pot and add peppers ginger and garlic. Sauté for a minute or two, then add all spices and sauté for another minute or two. Add in mangos, sugar and vinegar. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
    Chill and enjoy!
