Ingredients:
200gm baby chye sim / cai xin
4 cloves of garlic, crushed with skin
1 red chilli, julienned
Oyster sauce
White pepper powder
Oil for cooking
Little water
Steps:
Heat up 2 tbsp oil over medium-low flame. Stir fry the garlic until fragrant.
Then, add in the chye sim. Sprinkle a little water.
Now, add in some oyster sauce, mix well. Then, add in the chilli and a dash of pepper powder. And it’s done ✅
