Worth noting, imo, that Fiora's level 1 strength can really depend on which side you're on if you aren't hard all-inning, since her first vital always spawns blueside.

Its all dependant, you can see enemy first before minions and make first vital spawn front in lane

What do you do if youre the one in the receiving end ? Against a fiora as ornn for example, do you give up the 3 melees xp or is it possible to fight under your minions ?

Never give up xp ! Get into xp range when the minions get low. she will fight you, fight back a bit then back off

I mean yeah irelia is weak lvl 1 but she can be strong also. E.g enemy top leashes jg then this create opportunity for irelia to hit minion first to make them low to stack her passive

He mentioned Irelia and called her “conditionally strong” specifically. He said conditions, such as her getting access to the first 3 melee minions, are necessary for her level 1 strength.
