I am 55 years old.I have always loved to dance. I was a gymnast growing up,and took some dance classes. I really enjoy learning from your tutorials and working out with your beginners tutorials. I have much pain in my knees,so I am not able to do all the moves, but I really appreciate the way you present your videos. You are an incredible dancer,and an awesome teacher. I am having fun and learning a new style of dancing-Thank you!

I was a professional dancer on the 80s/90s. Turned my dancing shoes in for a dobok and belt and one day opened a martial arts school on Maui. 25 years later, I got depression-and went thru a real tough time. When my students had a surprise party for me at a club, I was forced to dance. Boom! I felt happiness I hadn’t felt in years! I found this young man online and just dug this program. Therapy in my living room every AM. A good diet, weight training, meditation and dancing can save lives. Don’t stop kids!

I am a mom of 3 young children. I used to dance when i was in college but after my kids were born i had little time for myself. This winter break when all my family went on vacation i made a decision to stay and try something i have always wanted to learn. I called all the local dance schools and was told there was no class(hip hop)for adults. I felt disappointed and then found this series--- it was amazing experience. This is the 3rd day and i could follow part5! I am proud of myself! I like this country where people are not judged by age. It's never too late to try something you want to learn! Mirhan is a wonderful teacher !He knew his beginner students so well.He broke down all the tasks into manageable chunks and never mind repetition (and review and summary)! I am a teacher too:)

This is dope! One thing I find helpful is to do it through the video then throw on a song I like and dance to the song using the moves :)
