We should have more appearances of the "D-Day Darlings" up and down the UK. Perhaps they might like to appear in schools as part of the the war on the home front either in their own right, or as excellent support to a history lesson on WW1/2. We must never forget the brave men and women who laid down their lives for us during the World Wars and it is fitting that these excellent singers give us an opportunity to remember and reflect. They have relevance in many historic settings with links to the wars, including museums, as well as for a general knees up at Royal British Legion events. I wish the Armed Services would use them more to reward fighting men and women with some first class entertainment.
