- Iron Biby, from Burkina Faso, West Africa, has had an incredible 3 years in Giants Live competitions.
In 2021, he broke Žydrūnas Savickas' Log Press World Record of 228kg/503lbs by 1kg, pressing 229kg/505lbs.
In 2022, he came incredibly close to pressing 230kg/507lbs, but was not given the down signal due to stabilisation.
In 2023, he finally pressed 230kg/507lbs to open a fantastic night in Glasgow at The World Tour Finals.
What is the ceiling for this incredible strength athlete?
He truly is one in a million!

The 229kg wasn't so convincing on lockout. The 230kg was perfect though.
ok, then, he will lift 235KG for the next step
180kg but so athletic, he's a miracle of nature
Couldn't agree more!
He got up to 212kg!
@@damiensmith9240 Damn!
Will he do a full giants live shows this year?
He really need to do full shows not just a log/axle guest spot. Untill then he is kinda a one trick pony.
@@bmstylee exactly he specifically trained for it and until he sets records and wins a full competition like Big Z did Biby's record don't carry the clout Big Z's did
i think his next goal is 505 deadlift i am not wrong or maybe he said it as a joke
Welcome 😊
عااااااش البطل قووووي
💪💪💪💪
Lets go big bears 👑👑
👍👍
OMG, he lifted 217KG so easy
Did he flip into the cameraman at 8:10 lol
Yes! We had to cut to a different camera quick 😂
Stand clear on platform Biby!
Remember these are Giants Live World Records. There are different records on different logs. The long log. The short log. As well as axel. There apollons axel then regular axel. So again this is a Gl record on there log. And don’t forget steel log records and wood. Skinny log. Fat log.
These days there is a standard diameter, length and handle position for logs. Wooden is generally considered harder than metal so it wouldn't make much sense to have a metal record. There's only one log record and this is it.
@@alexfrye6 he's taking the p155 out of GL.
@@damiensmith9240 And? He's wrong
@@alexfrye6 right over your head.
@@damiensmith9240 Then explain rather than insulting me
This dude is a one trick pony and a record that he trained specifically for months on dosen't carry the clout Big Z's records did his records came during a full competition with the log being the second or third event and he would set the record and win the competition until Biby does that he's always gonna be second best
That what made Z so special. He was more than just a pressing monster.
Truth. Z said he could of done 240 if it was just for log. I believe him
biby has expressed he would like to do a full competition but he lives in an unstable country where hes not even safe to sleep in his own house and has basically no access to recovery methods others have as well as the medical if he were to get injured. maybe do a little research on the situation he currently lives in and youd feel way more respect for the guy and humbled. of course he doesnt have big Z clout, hes only broken a couple records and still in early to mid stage of his career
@@MendicantBiases 🤣🤣 that's funny he's been invited to several comps but always pulls out hell he was at WSM last year and pulled out before it started
@@bmstylee exactly he was on top of the sport for 20 years
