- Die Aufnahmen der Harzer Schmalspurbahnen entstanden zwischen dem 07. und dem 12. März 2012.
Die Sequenzen sind chronologisch geordnet: Wernigerode -- Brocken, Drei-Annen-Hohne -- Nordhausen, Eisfelder Talmühle -- Quedlinburg, Quedlinburg -- Hasselfelde, Hasselfelde -- Eisfelder Talmühle, Eisfelder Talmühle -- Drei-Annen-Hohne, Brocken -- Wernigerode.

Spitzenmäßige Aufnahme, ich bin begeistert, die Fahrzeuge der HSB gefallen mir sehr gut, die Fotopunkte gefallen mir ausgezeichnet, exzellente Arbeit
Dieses Video ist es wert, als wertvolle Dokumentation der interessantesten Sreckenabschnitte der Harzer Schmalspurbahnen und aufgrund der hohen Visualität mindestens für die nächsten Jahrzehnte aufgehoben und genutzt zu werden. Thanks for creation.

Mein Sohn fährt mit seinen 14 Monaten total auf das Video ab...läuft bei uns täglich 2 mal...ein absolutes Ritual....und ich bekomm ihn freiwillig zum inhalieren denn er is wie hypnotisiert dabei....

Ein schönes Gebied fúr Eisenbahnromantiker, und naturlich der Traditionzug zum Brocken ist auch ein Traum für jeder Eisenbahner. Aber der Traditionzug, ist es noch jeder Tag regelbetrieb auf das Schmalspurnetz!

Fantastic job. I enjoyed the whole movie, specially an usual take at 1:09;00, an finally after 1:10.00. This loco is superb, I never saw a steam loco getting speed faster than this one. Congratulations this compilation.

What a fabulously fantastic film! I am curious about a couple of things: There arent any doors from the sides of the carriages/wagons. Has it been always like that, or is it for the modern enthusiast publik? The first time I see a full-grown train go through a housing area. Thats awesome to see.The photography and your vantage points are just perfect. I am a big big fan of the steam locomotive and I see that so are you. I will subscribe more than gladly.

Yes, carriages with end platforms are pretty much standard on the German narrow gauge systems, certainly they were used from the beginning of the Harz railways in the late 1880s. I think it's because as there are no (or low) platforms at the stations, each carriage has to have generous steps and these are best at the ends; a) because you only need 4 per carriage and b) because in the middle there would be more risk of hitting stuff on the ground on the inside of sharp curves.
Ich bekam heute von einem, von den Harzeisenbahnen völlig begeisterten Eisenbahn-Fan aus UK den Hinweis auf die beiden Videos (das andere ist im Herbst) sowie den Link zum Kanal. Und er hat Recht, das ist ein guter Einstieg bevor man die Bahnen besucht.

Прекрасная работа Немцы. Русские взяли бы и распилили поезд на запчастя и сдали на металолом. Одну Часть денег потратили бы на водку, а вторую подарили Путину!

Excellent work Germans. Russian would take the train and sawed the parts and passed on Metal scrap. One part of the money would be spent on vodka, and the second was given to Putin!
