@@TheDaemonKing This one is a little bit difficult in my opinions since Miko is a pure support class, but you can make it viable. Try something like Plague Doctor - Miko - Crusader with PD + Crusader VVR.
Plague Doctor for single tap debuff dps, and miko for debuff/buff. After that, you can spams Crusader dps skills.

As of right now, only current end-game content. IMC removed a lot of silvers content as of right now :(
Low-level challenge maps like Residence of Fallen Legwyn family map give a ton of silvers in items that you can vendor to NPC, check this video out: czcams.com/video/iQdOyK3CIo8/video.html
Another ways you can do is farming F10 challenge mode + singularity mode.

Hey Tommy, that would be depending on the base-class. I personally enjoy playing Lama / Crusader / Kabbalist from Cleric class.

I didn't have time to put everything together, but there are a few supports that you can look into:
#1 Priest/Plague Doctor/Paladin (Fountain healer. Ton of heals + Speed buff) (use PD + paladin vaivoras)
#2 Priest/Miko/Paladin (Best damage buffer with Miko + Paladin Vaivoras)
#3 Priest/Oracle/Miko (Mix healer with Oracle's CC control effect for door raid). Use priest + miko vaivoras
Weapon Ichors (stats): INT/CON/Medium Offset/Block
Armor Ichors (stats: INT/CON/Medium OFfset/Block
Fixed Ichors: Divine Enigma (For healing purposes)
Cards Red: None/ Blue: Zaura/ Purple: Gazing golems / Green: Lecia (INT stats master card)
Legend: Rexipher work best for movenet speed!
