Really glad this video popped up for me. I hear you, man. I tend to overthink what I should be doing and think, oh I shouldn't be doing what I like. For example, I tend to think, oh I should go to the gym, but I prefer dancing. But since dancing is not as “powerful” (I'm targeting weight loss) I end up doing neither haha And if I go to the gym, I just get frustrated because I don't like it. So I think doing what you want ultimately ends up being the best choice because you will tend to stick more than the things you are making yourself do. (for example, dancing three times per week can have a minor impact on my health than going to the gym every day, but, since I like it, I won't avoid it as much as the second). Makes sense?
