➡Usage Instructions:
1. The key is not an ignition key but is used for the removal/installation of the battery. Before use, make sure to securely fix the battery to ensure proper connection of the positive and negative terminals with the bicycle for power supply.
2. Open the red switch on the battery (set it to 1), then long-press the power button on the LCD screen to turn on the device.
3. Adjust the gear on the LCD screen to any position between 1-5, and you can then use either the throttle mode or the PAS assist mode.

1. When pressing the battery level display button during charging, the red "E" is shown. This is a normal result of the charging protection feature, regardless of the red switch being on or off.
2. For an accurate assessment of the remaining battery level: after disconnecting the charger, ensure the red switch on the battery is turned on (set to 1), and then press the battery level display button.
3. Open the LCD screen to view the remaining battery level.

Some of the screws are very difficult to get started. After watching the video several times, I figured 30 minutes for assembly but it took me 2 hours. But the bike is very high quality material and manufacturing. The performance is outstanding! I love it!
The electric beast with its 3 working modes is perfect for commuting, adventure, and fitness.
1. Electric-Only Mode: Set any gear level from 1 to 5 on the LCD screen, then twist the throttle to activate.
2. Electric Assist Mode(PAS): Set any gear level from 1 to 5 on the LCD screen, then start pedaling, and the motor will work. [No need to twist the throttle in this mode]
3. Regular Bike Mode: No need to power on or set the gear level on the LCD screen; alternatively, set the gear level to 0.

Hey, everything is on, battery full but i cant get it ti start. What am i doing wrong?

Bought this, put it together and can’t find a customer service number anywhere to save my life. Everything works except the throttle. So it’s just a normal bike that’s fancy

How do I know the battery is charging when it's detached from the bike? When it's plugged in do i keep the key out and power switch off?
1. Regardless of whether the red switch on the battery is turned on or off, it can charge when connected to the charger. However, during charging, due to the charging protection feature, it is not possible to accurately check the remaining battery level, and the CLD screen cannot be turned on. After removing the charger and turning on the red switch on the battery, it can be used normally.
2. The key serves only as a function to secure the battery and is not an ignition key.

Since rainwater is slightly acidic, please try to avoid prolonged exposure to rain. During regular maintenance, you can apply some rust-proof oil on the chain and bearings. When charging, you can either detach the battery or leave it attached, depending on your preference and needs.
Hello, the settings you have shown only affect the pedal assistants, not the throttle grip. no matter what I set, the bike always drives at 45 km/h via the gas grip, but I need 25 km/h. what else can I do.thank you and greetings .
P3 is the speed limit setting option, settable range:10-40km/h.
Short press the power button on the LCD display to enter the state of changing parameters.
Short press +/- for parameter selection, short press the power button to save the parameter setting and return to the general setting item selection interface.

hey I went off a small curb and this thing shut down and won't go back one. why did it do that? it's 1600 dollars for this and it broke doing 1 of the thing bikes are made for.

My battery pack shows the green light on but when on the bike shows battery is empty, it was plugged for 8 hours and it does not turn it on at all, help

Thank you I was just checking on the battery without turning on the small screen, so was showing E on the battery, once I powered the screen that the battery showed it was fun, I thought just turning on the red button the bike would power on, but it did not, now I know.

Hello, the recommended rider height for this electric bike is 5'3" to 6'1", and the Seat to ground height is about 33 inches, supporting riders up to 300 lbs.
