This clearly was not an un-biased comparison of the two devices. It sounds like you are either principles of the Magic Box 2.0 or at a minimum, employees of the company. Plus, you mentioned that you already had Magic pre-loaded or set up prior in the vehicle so the plug-in-play was not fair. I was looking for an un-biased comparison, guess I'll keep looking 😞

Does this work for ‘22 2500 with Uconnect 5? I heard there were some issues. I know it runs @eddieslife3500 ‘19 but what about the newer connect system.
My truck has unlimited wifi data, it's an Android/ Google based infotainment and my phone is Android.. 24 AT4X with 11" center screen but it's wireless.. So i can just plug it in and it'll sync just fine with the wireless Android Auto? And are you able to install apps from the box on screen, or do you need to do it thru a PC? It gets OTA updates all the time and i know it's running the most current Android OS

Had some initial doubts about the Magic Box 2.0, but after a smooth setup process with the help of customer support, I'm enjoying seamless streaming in my car.
Ordered magic box 2.0 2 weeks ago because tech support said 50% chance it works on 2024 Trax.....it finally came in today.....did not work for android only loaded apple and then screen just flickered wierd pixel lines.....so does not work on my car.....started return process hope theyre honest and give my money back

Does the Magic box only works with a factory radio? I have an android radio in my truck, with apple/android. Also does it have a sim card slot?

I use the Magic Box 2.0 for CarPlay. It works well, and the wireless feature is great. Sometimes it disconnects briefly, but it reconnects on its own.

Got mine last week. Great for wireless CarPlay. Streaming is top-notch, with a slight delay sometimes. Overall, money well spent!
