One thing I noticed about the old news clips in the beginning was they still used the term project. It’s common knowledge that most cities across the country have torn down and either renovated these places , made them look modern or totally changed the landscape due to gentrification. I know in Philadelphia if crimes happen in these locations now they don’t mention them as projects anymore or mention it as an establishment. They just give a address. If you know you know the exact location. I see it as theyre trying to change the image and reputation of the project.
