At the end of the episode: A happy father breaks into someone else's domain to pick up his son from the resort XD
@@GOTGames When you realize though that Toji can just walk through barriers because he has no cursed energy... and didn't need to go through the hole...
He just did it to block people from escaping because the man is a menace.
Toji coming back to life, killing the first grandma he sees. And jumping in the first Domain he sees, without knowing what the F is going on... THe man, the ledgend
Ohhhhh I didn't even realize it was him from the grandson/rooftop scene! Ooooh
Man your reaction to Toji was insanely comical lmao, the confusion, upside-down check and sudden realization followed by utter shock. Priceless.
To elaborate on the Frame-Interpolation topic: Basically most movies, series etc. are shot with 24 frames per second. Modern TVs have a tendency to have a "Frame-Interpolation" setting turned on by default, which calculates inbetween-frames which fill up the 24 frames to a full 60. For some people this looks better, because it's more fluid but it alters the source material without asking, which is why Naobito Zenin (the old dude) was complaining about it.
Personally, I absolutely hate the interpolated 60fps look (which you also encounter often when looking for anime openings when they are labeled with 4K/60fps), because it destroys the artistic vision of the animators. Don't forget that they know they animate in 24fps and play with it to give the animation more weight and effect. Adding these interpolated frames does not only look messy at times, but for me it ruins the animation and is openly disrespecting the work of whoever made it.
I advocate to turn off all motion-blending/interpolation features of all TVs and just enjoy material as it was intended to be watched! Cheers~
huh, so that's why I can't deal with watching any of those 4k 60fps op vids when I see them, never understood why, cool to know the reason
This is the only time I could actually agree with Naobito on anything lmao
Basically, Ui Ui has a Binding Vow with his big sister, where he can only use his curse energy and technique in deadly situations, with her permission, thus increasing its effect and output exponentially. So, Ui Ui immediately used the Simple Domain technique to counter the sure-fire hit of the Smallpox's domain, like Muta did against Mahito. And the old man is Naobito, the head of the Zenin clan, who was preventing Maki from being promoted from the lowest grade, because of her Heavenly Pact and was generally a misogynistic grandpa/uncle/granduncle (don't remember) to her and Mai, and probably also one of the main reasons the other infamous Heavenly Pact bro Toji left the clan. And whenever Pseudo-Geto had meetings with the curses in S1, they were on the beach in Dagon's Innate Domain (A Domain without an active attack like Domain Expansion)
Less misogynistic, more anti-non-sorcerer. Almost all of the clans are indeed patriarchal (not in the sense that feminism interprets society, but as in literally has a patriarch at the top, and the leader is chosen from male blood heirs to be the next patriarch, like the yakuza or royalty or whatever), but also they uphold the societal norms of jujutsu society of might makes right, specifically cursed energy and jujutsu sorcery skill makes right, so the better you are at jujutsu sorcery and your cursed technique, the better, whereas maki and toji go against that idea by proving you do not need cursed energy or a cursed technique to be strong, which contradicts and sort of disproves their ideology in this regard. On top of that, they highly value their inherited cursed techniques, as they are symbolic of the bloodline, so maki, with no cursed technique, no cursed energy, and going against the grain of society by going against the conservative faction's idea that jujutsu techniques and cursed energy = might, and to top it all off, her not being a man (and so not eligible to be the patriarch) all adds up to her being the polar opposite of what the clan aspires to, so this is why she is so hated by the clan, not misogyny. The only person I'd say is properly misogynistic is naoya, the rest of them have hatred for maki for the other reasons listed above.
@@alanhasmemesDo you think Naoya’s misogynistic tendencies manifested out of thin air? He got them from somewhere. Naobito is definitely cool but there’s no need to sugar coat his shortcomings when we discuss him. He’s definitely a raging misogynistic bastard, he’s a 71 year old Japanese man with 10 children and traditional roles drilled into everything he does. Like, I don’t need to sugar coat what kind of character Kashimo or Mahito are just because I like them and find them cool. Like the cope is wild dude
Toji's entrance was the biggest "WHAT'S UP F*CKERS" moment I've seen in anime history.
The way you flipped your head and then realized it was toji killed me😂
"bro's missing an arm", they didn't show it very well, but Nanami is also supposed to be missing his eye XD
Pretty impressive for Naobito who got 70% plus attacked by the spirit itself to get away with just an arm, it show's he's definitely a level or two above Nanami
@@blackreaperkaneki9900yeah, it looks in the anime like he's just closing it to stop blood from getting in, but it's gone (or at least it was in the manga, maybe they'll get rid of it later instead in the anime🤷♂️ Pretty sure they just didn't want to show a gaping eye wound though even though they should've made it clearer)
The old man actually explaining his technique makes his technique stronger.
It works like that for everyone but obviously for some techniques explaining it would ruin it like imagine the dude with the Inverse ability explainign it would make him lose to anyone even if im theory it would make it stronger same thing with mustache man if he explains it the enemy figuring how it works would make them stronger
Most sorcerers have this binding vow of "revealing ones hands" for the boost of one's techniques but in some cases is more beneficial keeping the technique secret so in those scenarios the techniques are explained to use through the characters figuring them out or by the narrator.
Ui Ui knows how to use Simple Domain. It's a domain without a technique that allows you to protect yourself from the sure hit attacks from a domain (the same thing Muta/Mechamaru used vs Mahito)
Mei Mei apparently does not know how to use it, so she carries Ui Ui around so he can use his simple domain against enemy Domain Expansions
FINALLY A REACTOR WHO DOESN'T PUT THE BIGGEST SPOILER IN THE THUMBNAIL! love your reactions as always dude
That octopus curse Dagon was with Mahito's group since season 1. In fact he was introduced in season 1 ep 5 along Jogo and Hanami.
You probably don't remember him because he just stood in the background doing nothing or swimming.
The beach Mahito's group were chilling in in season 1 was his domain btw.
And like Mahito said to Junpei in the sewers Jogo = fear of volcanoes, Hanamu = fear of forests, Dagon = fear of the ocean
Also with this episode I finally realised that the beach where Geto and the gang were chilling during season 1 was Dagon's domain all this time
25:18 Man I LOVE your reaction when Toji jumped into the domain!!!
It's getting crazy in multiple occasions. Mimi&Nana are doing smth to Itadori, Mei-mei confronting fake-Geto, Toji getting loose here... And where are Jogo and Mahito??
I don't know if you know but 'Nee-sama' means 'Sister' in Japanese. So it's obvious why Ui Ui
would follow Mei Mei.
How they played Megumi's OST the moment he infiltrated the domain was SO rad ❤
The way you lookin up and down first was Hilarious 😂
_"What's up Sorcerers-f*cker!"_
Yeah for Domain Expansion it's not limited to Special Grades. There's one Special Grade Sorcerer who can't use them, while there's a couple lower graded Sorcerers who can. It's a super advanced technique though so it's only for the absolute most skilled Jujutsu Sorcerers and Curses
Special Grade Sorcerer means "able to take out a country or Jujutsu Tech alone" so Domains don't really affect that since they're more 1v1 or 1v5 ish numbers, but the skill level required is almost exclusive to the absolute strongest (Nanami, Mei Mei, and Naobito cannot use Domain Expansion)
i've been looking forward to the next episode since i got spoiled on it years ago
Dagon didn't realise it's jump kaisen 💀
megumi's domain was shown in season 1 when he used it against the special grade cursed spirit
i understand people forgetting minor details but it was such a highlight that it's outrageous that you forgot it !!
It did not seem like he forgot it, plus it was mentioned to him a couple of episodes ago in comments again. He was just surprised that Megumi immediately dropped the Domain
That was an incomplete domain so is not that weird that he forgot about it
Domain Expansion, as explainned by Gojo, is the pinnacle of Jujutsu Sorcery. Very commons in special grade curses. But very rare on humans. Of the cast we have now only the special grade sorcerers have them, and no one else. Aka Gojo, Yuki(Todo's master we saw her on the flashback). It's implied Geto had one, and Yuta probably has one by now. Fushigoro's was incomplete
I don’t know if somebody else already said it, but the old Zennin guy has the same VA as Kirei Kotomine from Fate/Zero.
The end scene of the episode is peak meme material for 2023 anime, example
Bro was higher than heaven
Bro saw a hole and said MARIOOOO
Bro found the wrong hole💀
The fact that you needed to turn your head upside-down before reacting is priceless. lmao
I totally underrated the "Old Drunk Guy", but what a crazy episode! The fights were pretty awesome. But that ending has me worried. Still looking forward to the next episode!
Lol the way Luke turned his head to figure out who it was then the shock that followed
There was this one thing that someone told me that i really liked, the person said that when toji appeared inside the domain he was like gojo when they were fighting but instead of facing heaven like gojo toji was facing hell
“Those who inherited the curse of the Zen’in family, the one who couldn’t fully leave behind that curse, they would all bear witness to the bare flesh of the one who is free. To the one who left it all behind, and his overwhelming intensity!”
No Spoilers: Since in Max. 4 episodes there will be a quite anticipated scene with a Domain involded and i think you can only fully understand the majesty of that scene if you completaly understand what a Domain Expansion is, so i will be explaining Domains in general, even just for whoever might need some clarifications:
Domain Expansion: is an advance barrier technique considered the pinnacle of Jujutsu Sorcery and it is achieved by expanding one's Innate Domain, a space invisioned in the user's mind, bringing it to life through cursed energy while also using a barrier to construct it inside a separate space. Subsequently the caster imbues his cursed technique into the barrier to complete the technique, something that now allows you to use your technique all throughout the Domain. A specific hand sign or signal is required to cast someone's respective domain. From the outside the Domain Expansion looks like a floating black sphere.
- Lethal Domains: those domains that are created imbuing one's cursed technique in the barrier will have the caster's abilities amplified and any cursed technique based attacks are garanted to hit the target, the domain expansion sure-hit attack varies depending on the domain, Example, Dagon gains Fish-like shikigamis, Gojo's infinite info dump ecc.
- Incomplete Domains: are domain expanded only with cursed energy without an embedded cursed technique and they still incomple if they include a barrier. Megumi has an incomplete domain Expansion with a cursed technique but without a barrier, this means his domain serves only has a boost to his ability and being able to use his technique from any point of the domain but he doesn't gain the sure-hit attack and since there is no barrier he can't use it in open space, optimally at least, since the enemies would just run out of the range of the domain, he has to forced the closure of the domain in an inclosed space.
Naobito Zenin (the old man who lost an arm) is Toji's uncle and he knows EXACTLY how scary he is. Somebody is about to get absolutely rocked...
Did you notice, Geto(hijacked by someone else) said to Mei Mei, " thats not bad...... for a modern sorcerer"
implying that the person incharge of geto's body is not a modern age sorcerer 👀
The halfway marks are comercial break in Japan
Jujutsu is the type of show that you need to memorize an explanation as soon as it is given so you can understand the chess match that is sorcerer's fighting.
Also nanami's weapon gets more stronger by being wrapped. Because of Vows and Limitations. He's basically making harder to use his weapon therefore gaining more strength as a reward.
*Day 165* of recommending the *Beyblade openings* .
There are the Japanese ones and the English ones. The English version has one opening for a generation, and that for the 1st and 2nd generation. The 3rd gen has one op for one season. But the Japanese version has multiple ops for a season in any gen. You should definitely check both versions out. I made playlists on my channel, so you don't need to search, cause in those compilations are a few off and not in the correct order. Thanks for checking out!
That dotted pattern is some kind of jujutsu charm just like the pattern on his tie.
So no reason to unwarp it.
I loved how the old man was explaining his Cursed Technique to Dagon, but he wasn't paying any attention to it, he was just angry LOL
When toji came out's reaction was soo funny and good, you dodnt know who it is and tilt your head and got heart attack 😂😂, i love your reaction, im thinking of getting patreon and pay 1$ to see better of your reaction 😂
I can imagine Toji strolling through the metro station and finding a domain barrier, when he suddenly sees a hole open up in the barrier and is just like "Haha some fun"
Toji looks like gojo when he was high in the clouds yapping about the heavens😭😭
yeah playful cloud scales with the users physical poweress. So you can imagine what would happen if someone like toji used it.
for reference this toji is aware of megumi its just his body is from his time as a zen'in that is to say at his peak, essentially its like if you were revived at the height of your power with the memories from the moment you passed away
After finishing the episode, I got so excited that I started to read the manga chapters after it, and oh boy. I wasn't prepared for what happens in the future chapters
Today's episode
No-one can stop Mei Mei's bitd strike except GOJO.
No one is more faster than Papa-zenin except GOJO.
No one can use domain expansion twice a day except GOJO.
“Mei Mei will lose my respect” lol she was never a good person. She has actively made it clear that she isn’t. She only really cares about money and how valuable something or someone is worth. If you are not an asset to her, she couldn’t care less what happens to you.
She is on the “good” side but she is a bad person. Alot of the top/older sorcerers have a screw loose in their heads which you’ll see more of later on. Its mostly the younger ones that seem okay and even then some of them have some bits of “poison” to them regardless.
Also keep in mind Ui Ui and Mei Mei are actually related hence why he follows her around though he has ALOOOOT of worship towards her. They are brother and sister.
Yeah I'd actually love if she let her brother die there because then she's a girlboss only out for herself. I did not need the hotel scene.
SPOILERS
I can like betrayal and selfishness in characters, but not incest XD
@@mirror857 did you think I was using it seriously when talking about murdering a person?
I mean she doesn't give a damn if you dislike her since the other characters dont have a problem with her anyways so
@@Dr.HooWho "she doesn't give a damn if you don't like her" why you talking like she's real bro😭
It's a fact she doesn't care about others besides herself, not like it's slandering the fictional character who was written that way
Nanami doesn't need to unwind his weapon, it's essentially a short blunt sword, into which the user invests cursed energy.
Tojo 😂😂😂😂 Naa it’s toji man. Megumi’s dads name is toji.
And yes toji is fully in control of he’s body.
My brain cannot process this information!!! I'M SHOCKED!! he might destroy the octopus...DONT KNOOOW
The "dragon" cursed spirit circling around fake-Geto is the one we see from the "Premature Death" flashback arc from the start of the season. Fake-Geto is able to use the cursed techniques of the bodies he inhabits, so naturally he's been utilizing Geto's "Cursed Manipulation" technique and the previously stored up cursed spirits to his advantage. (If you remember, he eats the cursed spirits that are exorcised and stores them in order to use their abilities).
I almost choked when toji came in, like, I was expecting something because they put it in slowmotion but I would never guess he was coming in
finally! been waiting for this.
I hope they add more frames in Blu Ray version, I know the schedule was insane, that sad tbh
The Gigadad is here!

Hollow World (Fate/Hollow Ataraxia Op2)
Haruhayuku (Fate/Stay Night Heavens Feel Spring Song Ost)
Toji does know Megumi in future episode you will get the interaction
😂 for a moment I thought it was Todo to use his clap power and save everyone
toji knows megumi is his son
megumi doesn't know that toji is his father
smh
The one who left it all behind!! 🔥🔥
When i saw the hands at the end, i thought it was Todo because it looked like the hands were about to clap. Then came the face reveal

BRO THERE'S A NEW ATTACK ON TITAN TRAILER... THE LAST ONE BEFORE THE FINAL EPISODE AIRS
"Mei-sama is gonna lose a lot of my love if she kills this dude" ooh... You're probably not gonna regret saying that by the end of the season. My love for her would've gone up if that was the case XD (that isn't an actual story spoiler, but for context "Nee-sama" means "sister")
Always found it fun how he uses "sama". Nee San would already be formal, Onee San even more so, but "sama" definitely goes above and beyond in yhe honorific department XD
@@trickyagent127 I mean it certainly fits his character and their relationship for him to use sama as a suffix XD
Ui-Ui (憂憂) has a very powerful technique. Do not underestimate him, please.
Fushiguro Megumi's (伏黒 恵) father's name is Fushiguro Touji (伏黒 甚爾).
Zen-in Naobito (禪院 直毘人) is the head of the Zen-in family (禪院家). He is a special first-class sorcerer.
Fushiguro Touji's (伏黒 甚爾) original name is Zen-in Touji (禪院 甚爾).
Zen-in Maki (禪院真希) is also a member of the Zen-in Family (禪院家).
Yes, they are related.
Zenin reunion time + Nanami 🤣 and toji hates the zenins more than maki 🤣 i forsee HANDS!!!!!
Tojis face: "ah now i can fuck up everybody :D"
Man these techniques gets more confusing each episode 😂
I think Nanami is intruding on a Zen'in Family Get-to-gether
Next episode will be crazy, can't wait for you to see it. Also it's Toji by the way not Tojo.
can't wait for re zero GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
I was wondering why the music in this episode had a "nice" and "happy" vibe although the scenes were so tense and horrifying, they were literelly dying...in the end I realized that this was a classic beach anime episode compared to what`s comming...
In Brazil, we would say: "Daqui pra frente é só pra trás..." (from now on, it's only backwards)
Four Zenin's walk into a domain...
Actually knowing the frame technique doesnt help most people. You need to exactly describe your movement within 24 frames for 1 second. Even knowing that doesnt help with actualy doing it
*Day 95* of requesting a reaction to the following openings:
*Chivalry of a Failed Knight* op
*Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress* op
*Kiznaiver* op
You could make a multiple op reaction for this. Thank you!
Megumi is his son, the old guy is his uncle and Maki is his cousin, it's gonna be one hell of a family reunion
Ui Ui is Mei’s younger brother.
The granny only summoned the body information of Toji Zenin, so when Toji’s soul took over the grandson’s body, the soul should be the recent Toji. His state of being will be explained in the next episode
Fun fact: there's only 16 characters were able to use domain expansion in the whole manga
Considering the last time we seen Toji he was on top of the building dealing with grandma, I didn't expect to see him here.
I'm curious how Megumi will react, since he knows Toji is his father, and I think he knows Gojo killed him when Megumi was a kid.
Will Toji recognize him or just see him as another sorcerer?
At the very least he'll recognize Namamin and the old dude since they both were active sorcerers when Toji was alive.
I love that we've met 2 stuffy stuck-in-their-ways old man sorcerers so far... and one of them is a metal-head guitar player, and the other is some kind of elitist animation otaku.
This was just a Zenin episode tbh, Toji,Megumi,Maki,Naobito and Nanami just tagged along lol💀💀💀
You may not know this (because you keep on referring to him as if he’s a random kid following Mei Mei around), but when Ui Ui calls Mei Mei nee-sama, that’s him calling her his older sister. This is based on my limited knowledge of Japanese from watching anime, so take it with a grain of salt, but nee is the prefix meaning sister and -sama is a suffix one uses for someone who they consider like a god or royalty (like they call the immortal sorcerer Tengen-sama because he is revered so highly in the world of sorcery). Normally one would call their sister nee-san, but since Ui Ui reveres his sister so much, he uses -sama. They have a…weird sibling dynamic, but they are siblings.
Ui Ui is her younger brother. That's why he's ready to die for her, obviously.
It annoying how people just saw dagon and confuse about why his saying mahito or jogo name when he was there smh he was with geto
Toji should know Fushi is his son because the soul the granny summoned is not the soul from his past self but it should be the one from the moment he died
I still don't know if you realize it or not but Ui Ui is probably her little brother.
🔥💀🔥
I can't believe we didn't see Yuji in this episode, I'm really worried for him
You should avoid social networks in moments like these my fellow manga readers do not have tight lips
wait no lmfao Mei is Ui Ui's big sister lmfaooooo that's what the Nee-sama (nee-san) means.
JJK is best!
You do realize the guy with Mei Mei is her brother right? Not some random dude deciding to follow her around lol
and in the final frame
the Man
the MYTH
THE LEGEND
Zen'in Toji has arrived to fuck shit up :D
Zenin toji has arrived 💪🏽
Y'know, I like to beef on Toji for the fact that we've seen 0 verified sorcerer kills from him, just one civilian (if Ino can survive after being assumed dead, so can granny until we've got confirmation), but you have to admit... He's probably only one of two characters (let's be honest, Gojo would have done the same) who'd see a domain, doesn't know why it's there or what's going on, and goes "Actually, that looks like fun. There's a hole in it? Sure, I'm bored, lets see what's going on."
Friendly reminder courtesy of Naobito Zenin, TURN OFF YOUR TV MOTION SMOOTHING. 😂
Knock Knock. Guess who's here!
