SLO I was playing around with mods and I gave Gotenks Final Kamehameha, and he actually had a voice file saying "Final Kamehameha" I did it via partner customization so I don't know if you can just throw it on any Gotenks mod.

@@SLOplays I used a partner customization mod which let me give him every skill in the game (minus Raid boss, and Modded skills) I gave him final Kamehameha and when I used it he actually had a voice file saying Final Kamehameha.
