I really do believe that the stress from trading raises our blood pressure, especially when the market feels like a "roller coaster" ride. I'm learning that it's good to have that medically checked regularly.

how do you calculate a stop loss and ticks?

Trading is very hard to you. Do you have to do so many things to have a chance of success? It's not like that. You make a trade, earn $5,000 and go to the disco. In the morning you wake up with a hangover, you trade and have fun again. Chill out, man. Because you have so many rules that there is no chance of making money.
