We have an Urban Archery Season in NC that offers a bonus big game report card. It's regulated by the individual cities.

Agencies in some areas need to provide summer shooting permits for NON-FARM properties. My property is getting destroyed by the local deer herd. There is a practical limit to how many does I can shoot during hunting season before they avoid my place. My neighbors do not shoot does. I need to kill 3 X what we do and the only way to do it is...shoot them outside of season. Killing them in this manner is easier too because they just are not as spooky in the summer.
