    Why the reupload?
I made a mistake in the previous video, recommending travel health insurance.. It is not permissible.
    Use Takaful Insurance.
Seen as though you're here already.. hit that like button!

ah was waiting for the realization of life in the Gulf to come to the realization of the lack of work freedom with sponsors and visas and the cast system, Whites on top yow. I have 40 years experience your still a newbie but your learning fast. I followed you from the beginning and now I see your blinkers are now dissolving. Us Arabs have had a cast system since forever. Your next problem will be bribing a sponsor to get a release from a work contract. Lawyers are not going to help you in the Gulf and nor will the justice system. Your life will be a horrific worry on visas and sponsorship,

Good points. A sister also mentioned the fact when moving abroad if you have a remote job in your current country and move to say Malaysia and work there you have to pay tax in both countries.

    • @abdulbibi5700
      @abdulbibi5700 Před 10 dny

Its totally wrong, if you prepare the things correctly you only pay tax in 1 country. There are a lot of taxes agreements between countries, its made to avoid double taxation. There is only 1 exception its the u.s.a

Walykum Salam, great question and thank you for the suggestion!
I was very optimistic and thought I could just select a dream country to move to.
I learnt very quickly that there are only a handful of countries that are an option due to visa issues.
      My 3 were:
      Oman
      UAE
      Malaysia.
I will do an in depth video to break down why I chose these inshallah.

      My pleasure.
It would be a great place to raise a family without a doubt!
Landing jobs as an expat in Oman is very difficult. They are heavy on in-house referrals opposed to online cv’s.
I highly recommend networking with locals via LinkedIn and putting your name about in the space.
All the best none the less!

Expat contract from your country of origin is the only way as us Arabs will treat you like a slave otherwise. Most Expats who are European or American are on Expat Contracts with international companies.

I hope you are doing well.
Thank you for sharing such informative videos with us! I have a request for you: could you please create a series of videos, with each video covering the following points?
    1. Pros and cons of neighborhoods suitable for families with two children.
    2. Overview of international schools in the area, including fees and curriculum.
    3. Detailed breakdown of monthly living costs, encompassing all expenses.
    4. Comparison of health insurance companies, detailing charges and coverage options.
    5. Information on dental insurance plans available.
    6. Guide to local car dealerships and their pricing.
I'm really looking forward to watching your videos, and I genuinely appreciate your help. It will be incredibly beneficial for us!
    Jazakallah😊

@@MustafaAliOnline can you include the following! freedoms you have in the West but there are many freedoms that you will not have in the Gulf and maybe you cant except as western Muslims. Go straight to 14. 14. Worrying about visas for your family and yourself is going to be your struggle in life. You loose your job you loose your Visa so you may take a terrible job just for the visa. You cant transfer jobs without your sponsors permission that is the trap. So your sponsor may ask you to pay huge money to transfer you to a new job or release from your current job. its horrific so lets go to the stuff that is not a nightmare. 1. In the gulf there is a cast system which is not based on religion its based on Race. White Westerners are on the top of the list for management and engineering work. Gulf nationals believe that having a white westerners running there company is a status symbol. Indians and people of Pakistan origin and Philippines will have a hard time breaking into Management. 2. You wont have the religious freedom Muslim's have in the West. Your Cleric has to be appointed by the Government and tow the Government Narrative. 3 you cant demonstrate for any reason and that includes for Palestine. Demonstrate you will spend decades in Prison before deportation. 4. You cant sponsor your children once there over 18. And for yourself and wife you must renew your visa and residence permit every one to two years. 5. Don't talk politics or anti Semitism. You will go to jail if your reported then of course deportation. 6 Do not have any dispute with a local including financially. The lawyers are corrupt like beggars and the justice system ! the courts always support the Local Gulf National. 7. You can be travel banned and imprisoned for not paying your loan or credit card. 8. You can never get citizenship in the Gulf unless due to political unrest therefore government wants to change the demographics.. 10. Muslims are the minority in the Gulf and not the majority. 11. Bangladeshi and Palestinians are band from many of the Gulf Countries. 12. Prostitution is not legal but it is everywhere in the Gulf. Nightclubs and bars always have more women then men. Bars close late in the Gulf 4pm.13. There are every few halal products or restaurants. The Gulf is very Americanized from cars to restaurants. All electrical goods other then Saudi are UK Standard. Saudi is American Standard as its the exception. 14. I lived in the Gulf for maybe 40 years and you have the same freedoms you have in the West but there are many freedoms that you will not have in the Gulf and maybe you cant except as western Muslims. 1. Don't ever go to the Gulf without an expat contract negotiated whilst your still in the UK. My first job was FedEx in London then transferred to Bahrain at FedEx and that was in 1990. From then Was transferred by FedEx to Oman, Qatar Abu Dhabi then KSA and . if your local hire you will be on a slave wage. I am white so i am at the top of the Arab cast system.

Opensooq Oman or Dubizzle Oman are the go-to apps for purchasing things.
OTaxi for the cabs (their version of Uber)
Google maps is your best friend too lol
Car rentals, there are plenty around the streets. 5-10 OMR per day.
