Worst case scenario they get divorced and get half his stuff. While some states have worked to change those laws, it's not all of them. I am also unsure if they apply to marriages done before the law passes as well.

I just can't comprehend destroying someone's life, love and trust that badly. And for what? Because you thought this other guy was hot? Because you wanted money? Why? I could never ever crush his heart like that. I care far too much about him to ever do something like that. He means everything to me. I can't live without him.
