I think for sensitivity threshold testing: first set the pm rate at least 10ppm under the patient's intrinsic rate. Then you need to decrease sensitivity value and pacing output value (prevent competitive pacing) to minimum. Then start increasing the sensitivity value until the sensitivity indocator stops flashing. Then slowly decrease the sensitivity value until the indicator start flasing -》 This is the sensitivity threshold. -》Then set the sensitivity value to half or less the Sensitivity threshold value. When sensitivity flash appears it means the pacemaker sense the intrinsic rhythm. If not, it sense no intrinsic rhythym.
