Unlock the speed limit on the HERO S8/S9

- To unlock the speed limit from the HERO S8 or S9:
1. Before you turn on the scooter, push the throttle (accelerator) until the end (pushing it downwards)
2. Then, without releasing the throttle, turn on the scooter and keep on holding the throttle for 15 seconds
3. After that, the speed limit should be unlocked
WARNING! In some jurisdictions, it might be illegal to roll in public areas without the limit speed and might also constitute a crime. Review your local laws before proceeding to unlock your speed limit.

A good advice ,to put the speed limit back, do the same but hold it for 10 seconds, the speed will go back to 25,

Does this work on any ms energy scooter?
I have tried doing in mine....it´s a LIVIAE lcd panel, it changed the number of magnets, on P07 so the speed marker make it looks faster, but actually the real speed is the same...it was in my case!

As an alternative solution, if you can't find the option on the display, you can unlock the speed of an electric scooter by checking two wires connected together, which are usually white or grey. Look for the looped wire on the controller that limits the speed. These wires are typically white or grey and are connected to each other

I don't think so, on the zero I believe you most cut the loop and it's a white wire
If you want to lock it again can you follow the same process? I'm thinking you might unlock it when you go offroad, then you want to lock it again when you are back on the roads again?

Probably your's it's limited by the P08 I'll recommended to check it and if you want to go to 25 just setting up to 25 if not that's mean that your controller it's fiscally limited and you must unplug the wire loop, on the Hero's controllers normally it's a withe wire connected between each other

Possiblement elle est bridé a niveau du contrôleur, il faut débrancher 2 câbles blancs branchés entre eux directement

First you need to.cut the White kabel ?
Normally yes, the first models received in Europe did not come with the white cable connected, and only with the limited speed on the dash, but now the recent models you neet to find the withe wire on the controller and un plug it

Normally you can find how to unlock it on your user guide if not I'll recommend to contact your supplier, unfortunately I don't know the model and I can't help you with that but good luck
