What is a Niche Fragrance? let’s Talk About It

I get so many comments upset when I call affordable fragrances “niche” if they are in the niche family. So let’s break down what actually makes a fragrance niche. Your fragrance is either Niche, Designer, or Celebrity all the other descriptions of a perfume or fragrance can go under any of those categories. Ex.
Lancôme perfume- luxury, expensive - not niche. Cé Noir- luxury, expensive - not niche or designer. Al Rehab Choco Musk- inexpensive, not luxurious- still niche.
A niche fragrance is a fragrance from a niche fragrance house, meaning that’s all that company does. Any fragrance that falls in that category is niche not matter the price point or rarity.
