Naging activist ba si Mr. ESCUDERO na kasama ng mga Edsalot na hindi nag pa operate ng nuclear plant., nucjear risk associated with that nuclear plant is manageable. Sa mga aircraft carriers mga na maitutulad sa isang cuidad mga crew na maihihintulad na mga residente nito
