. Parents Joanna that's how they do the wedding thing. My husband and I paid the bulk of the wedding with some money from my son-in-laws parents. The kids met when they were 16 and so by the time they got married we had 10 years to squirrel away money. They paid for their own honeymoon. Here in NYC it was very expensive, but it turned out so beautifully and people who attended still talk about it. I will tell you make sure the food is great and the music has to be great to. Most of all just focus on you and Ted and enjoy the day. Little stuff may go wrong, but let it go and keep dancing.

My daughter is getting married in October! I'm so excited! I had her at 16 🥴, but we've made it (lol) and are super close. As far as her honeymoon, I ended up paying for that, along with her dress and I'm making her cakes. I think everyone should pitch in where they can. It's such a special day. 🥹
