Hey girl❤ I have IBS myself and been doing a lot of research for a while now on gut health, and I came across a research that tapwater that’s chlorinated in towns and cities, the chlorine will kill off your good bacteria. I’m not sure if those filter water machines people use is actually filtering out the chlorine or not but just thought I would share some research with you I came across.❤

I don’t bloat but I get so many tummy issues too!! Please include us in your journey!!
Side note, how long does heat protectant last in your hair? My shampoo has it, and then my detangler has it, but j sleep with it wet and let it air dry the next day. Then either flat iron it or curl it. I never know if I should add more heat protection.
Of course I will definitely do a IBS journey video.
As far as heat protection I would try to get one that you can apply dry as well because I’m not sure if when the hair dries up from being wet, it would be active anymore
What kind of hair dryer do you use?
I LOVE babyliss! Mine is the newer one that came out. It has turbo power and it’s amazing lol
