hyuna really wanted to make it look something out of a fairytale candyland as she said in her in photoshoot with dawn. (Specifically The Little Mermaid and Peter Pan!) they pull this concept sooo muchhh. I love the magical energy. I swear I actually want this Aesthetic!!!
I feel like every outfit they wore resembled that but obviously in different styles. 😊

gotta give it to Hyuna for her styling skills. whenever she's in charge, like maybe not Bubble Pop but certainly as far back as Red... she gives us CONCEPT. people can have their opinions, "it's too much" "i'd never wear that" "she looks silly" WHATEVER DAS FINE, but just respect her ability to craft a visual concept that is *clear* and interesting every time. she's an artist and music videos are part of her medium as much as the music is.
The fact that I could see them wearing most of these outfits in their every day lives makes me so happy! Like the fact that they have so much control over the entire creative process of this mv and the album in general with pnation and that they can just be themselves is so great!
I loved Hyuna and Dawn's outfits, especially since you don't see other idols wearing this vibrant, bright, and fanciful.
fun fact: Hyuna actually pretty much decided all the fashions in this video, including Dawn's fashion.
I agree that even if you aren’t super interested in the song it’s just a fun time. So much to look at and they really are giving all their energy and that comes through the screen
They might be the first couple to debut together in Kpop. They're already iconic on their own but together they're a force to be reckoned with. I loved all of it.

PNation artists' aesthetic comebacks are literally all over the place. Haize with Kdrama vibe, Jessi with badass Hip Hop vibe, Crush with his home video and here Hyuna and Dawn making their own cotton candy wonderland. The range dude. I love how PSY just let them do what they want, it just prove the company can handle any artists with their own aesthetic

I think they compliment each other so well. This is so much visual from costume to set. It also feels kinda like a continuation of I'm not cool with the trumpet (?) upbeat parts
