One of my favourite sports shows, especially natural reactions from Shoaib Akthar, Panellist was so sad yesterday, actually shouldn’t be, If Pak win it would have been an upset, otherwise it was dominance from Ind especially in ICC events. Yesterday was the worst performance from Ind, even though Pak couldn’t capitalise the opportunity.
Would like to suggest a few changes. Head coach: Rashid Latif backed by Shoaib Malik for fielding and bowling coach. Yunus Khan for batting coach. Dr Numan with a qualified medical team. Kamran Muzaffar and team as lead Data Analyst (his precise and profound use of data to serve cricket is second to none currently). Get rid of Wahab Riaz on permanent basis. Demote Babar Azam from captaincy, give it to Imad or Shan Masood. You also need players who understand data and its application so players need to have some basic school education with decent grades in Math and Stats. Or do courses if need be.

We used to try different players and different combination for each series. The best will be selected for WC. I think Shivam Dube is not ideal for this WC. But he got lot runs in slow Chennai wicket and may good for WI wickets. Jaiswal is a good batsman to unsettle any bowlers.
Pakistani batting line up is as dodgy as they come. Once you sort out Babar and Rizwan the rest simply fold up. Any line up which has Shadab as no 5 can never be taken as a serious batting side!
