It’s small but there are construction plans in development as we speak! Get in now while it’s affordable because the schools are great, the diversity is great and people are coming

I used to live in Windmill Farms, Forney. Moved there in 2009. It used to be a pretty chill place, but then the crime rate started escalating. The people right across from our house got robbed, and even a cop's house got robbed. Not sure what it's like now, but yeah.

The strategic move is to live in the Travis Ranch or Clements Ranch neighborhoods due to it being within proximity to Mesquite and Heath/Rockwall. You can enjoy a smooth ride to shopping, dining, and entertainment in Rockwall anytime of the week. Likewise with Mesquite just weekends only. If you go out to Mesquite during the weekday for shopping and dining you will have a very long drive back to Forney due to traffic which starts at 6:15 am thru 8:30 pm

The traffic there and roads are horrible. The whole layout is odd and just not good.

Ghetto? Why ghetto? Does it have crime, murder rate, drug issues similar to a real ghetto , homelessness like a real ghetto

Ghetto isn’t a saying that we say, it doesn’t means it’s actually ghetto. It’s just ghetto that it doesn’t have all the amenities nearby . But the city itself is not ghetto
