FINALLY! A channel I can relate to, rather than a sailing one. I'm looking forward to following along as your project progresses. I'm currently doing a complete refit of my boat, a 1975 Fairliner 34', redesigning and installing new electrical, plumbing and interior. You have a significant amount of work to do but what I've found is if it's broken down into smaller individual ones it's not so daunting. The only thing I would recommend is to not set agressive target dates. Let the work progress as your time permits and don't rush anything, it's much more satisfying to do a good job once than a hurried effort redone. I often get asked when I'll be done and the answer is "It takes as long as it takes, I've set no dates". Best of luck for your new adventure!

That’s great advice. We are usually fairly optimistic with dates but I think we’ve learned that each project takes about twice as long as you think. Appreciate the comments!

It’s nice to see u take this on. It will be worth it in the end. I did this 7 years ago it looked similar to conditions u r dealing with. After all new electrical, plumbing, interior, exterior. All glass work , 22 new windows and frames. Motor and transmission over hall. It’s done. Look at choey lee restoration madden voyage. If I can help u let me know. 😜

Looks great! It's surreal to think one day water will be going by Lady Hawk's windows. That will be a glorious day! What did you use for your headliner? We unfortunately may have to redo ours (again) and looking for other options. Does yours have removable panels?
