The light indicator, how is it supposed to look when fully charge, and when not? Are all the lights one color? My mothers' chair (the model shown in video) has all three colors. we just got the chair last week.
Most of the pride mobility products have about a 6 to 8° incline rating. Of course that all depends on the load and how flat or smooth the surfaces that you're climbing are.
Good night My name is Yusuf Hamza living in Guyana South America My Muslim Brothers in Queens NY purchase a pride jazzy Evo 613 li from mobility direct in May 2022 and shipped it to me I began using it on August 13th until today when I noticed my left side small wheel began to screech upon checking it I discovered that the bearing have gone and I am having a problem to maneuver it what can I do to help since I'm living in Guyana and it's my only way of moving around
Are you saying the bearing is missing? If so, you need a new bearing. I don't know of any dealers that will ship to Guyana however, you may just want to find a bearing that fits and it should work.

All the green lights would be on if it was fully charged.

How do you transport this chair? Do you take it apart?
It does come apart but it's not very lightweight compared to the travel friendly models. The heaviest piece weighs 94 lbs.
I only need it to come apart temporarily until I get a lift for it.
