I had like the exact same thing, and if I'm right its just a torn/pulled muscle in the lower back. All you have to do is stop using it for about 2-3 months depending how bad it is. I was mot back to normal for about 3 months, which meant 3 months of no squatting, deadlifting, jumping, running, or even walking too much.
Some lifters do in training. Less stress from following the bar down. As long as you remember not to drop it in a meet, it's no problem.
Imtheheadboss the reactive sling shot works for everyone..it has had 100% success rate. Make sure yours isn't too tight. Of your not a big guy wear it on your biceps with your elbows exposed.
Jim, I'm curious how often Max squats. I assume since he has been pulling and benching for some time now he does not squat daily, though I'm not certain if he did even when he was weightlifting. Thanks for all the great uploads.

He said 210. Mike is actually just a little under that. He's expecting to compete at 198 in November. I don't think we've ever seen Mike at 185.

I was just about you ask what was your take on high reps on low loads. I never built any real power doing so. My max was 315 now I'm pulling 420 for one rep. Some of my weightlifting friends rather do high reps with low weight than heavier loads and lower reps but more sets. A few of them can pull in between 450-510. And which DL is better for shorter people? Sumo or Conventional?
God people are dumb...trying to tell Max Aita how to lift....he stiff leg deadlifts more than most people will ever squat + deadlift.
Ok I just got the reactive slingshot and bench 235 and I barely benched 235 with the reactive what's the problem it added nothing!!!!

You're not providing much info here. What's your actual injury? Have you seen a doctor for it?
What does the guy in the beginning for his mobility? Looks very fluid that squats.
I would go on mobilityWod and search for lower back. You'll have to do a lot of work on your own, but it will probably get better over time. In terms of doctors, I don't actually know what you mean. I mean, whether you have insurance or not, they can't spend your money unless you authorize them to. If you don't trust your current doc, ask around for one that other's have had a good experience with. Ask for an opinion about what's wrong and what you should do.
