This is a spacious house with two bedrooms and two full baths. There's a coat closet just a few steps from the entry under the stairs, and a small bench could be placed opposite it. The living room manages to accommodate both a fireplace and a TV. I presume that the blank panel next to the laundry machines is intended as an exit door. The upstairs bedrooms have good closet space. A very workable plan.

Jasper, this very nice! I like it a lot. With the bedrooms both being upstairs, I would move the washer and dryer upstairs, because it would be easier all the laundry is from upstairs .

Love it! Besides being super pretty, it is so practical. The kitchen is very well planned with the pantry and microwave range hood. The back door area with the porch, laundry, and a bathroom with a shower is great for gardeners. It's also good that the shower is there for overnight guests who may sleep on the sofa.
WOW! I love everything about this home
Only thing I might change would be to swap the laundry area with the back door & add a single car carport behind the living room, mirroring the front porch. The covered parking would be helpful in poor weather when unloading groceries or other items. And not being a garage would keep it from hindering all the natural light in the living room.

Very nice small home. fairly open plan is very livable. Not much dining seating though. My personal problem with the home is the lack of a downstairs bedroom but the 2 upstairs are very nicely sized and I love the fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom. Fixed lite windows aren’t my choice but easily remedied in a build. Washer/dryer area has no folding or drip drying space but that too is workable. Nice home, but not my home.

Not a fan of the inward corners in the living room/master bedroom. By eliminating them, you gain space in the living room to push the chairs a bit further back which will allow room for a small entertainment center for the TV. Upstairs you could have shelving for books/mementos. Agree with another poster - since most laundry is generated by clothes and bed linens, find a way to carve a laundry upstairs to prevent lugging heavy loads up/down stairs - a fall risk. Another lesser seen option might be a laundry chute/dumbwaiter idea from upstairs bathroom to laundry. Otherwise, I really like this design - well thought out.

This kitchen is great. No corners in the bottom cabinets that nobody can use, even with those terrible Lazy Susans.

The entry is directly into the living room highly energy inefficient. It needs a vestibule at both doors. The second full bath is really a waste of space for once the kitchen is very nice and very cook friendly. The upstairs is ideal.
Love the living room and back porch area. This would make a nice home on the East Coast.
