First steps Alex Hormozi would take to start a business: 1st 1:03:40 : Set up an LLC on LegalZoom 2nd 1:03:46 : Take the LLC to a bank so they give you a bank account 3rd 1:03:50 : Hook the bank account to stripe or paypal 4th 1:03:56 : Sell to people via a channel (dm, tiktok, etc) 5th : They will give you their card, run it, and then do the thing you said you were going to do in exchange for their money "That is a business" 1:04:09
Unreal digestible advice. The more I see and read of alex the more I like him, and same goes for Flex since I stumbled across this channel Great mix of content and brilliantly paced podcasting style
HOLY CRAP!!!!!!! Alex Hormozi you are the man!!!! I am so impressed with you Sir. Thank you to you for sharing all that you did on Flex's Podcast, and a GREAT BIG shout out to Mr. Flex Lewis for having another AWESOME guest on the BEST Podcast in the land! Keep it up Flex Wahoooooooo!!!!!
Now you're talking! Love the venture into personal growth and development you've been taking brother! Thank you for the value you're adding back to the world!
Class to see a fellow Welshman interviewing Alex. And it's super inspiring to know where Alex was, when James was where he was, to now see where they both are and now sharing a friendship. Its epic. It makes me feel the light at the end of the tunnel and know that catch up is possible. I know I can reach the success I'm yearning for and that the friendships with like-minded individuals will come from that too. Great stuff. I've listened to so many interviews with Alex, trying to absorb as many of his teachings as I can. Huge respect for the work ethic of both men. Thanks for this Jay, much appreciated 🙏
Second time listening to this. Top two observations: Alex=vulnerable and real as usual which you are very consistent at. Your experiences along the way reinforce that I am not alone in a general pattern to success. Flex, the discipline you exemplify in staying silent and absorbing what your guests are saying is WORLD CLASS!! Keep it up!!! It’s awesome to witness 👊🏻
Enjoy Alex’s story and reflected on it compared to my own. His father’s story hit home, learning to play my own game & establish what I want in my own life.
It’s wild how good that last section titled “advice for beginners” is. Team Mozi, if you read this, please have him make a separate piece of content just going deeper on that… especially the part about choosing the opportunity vehicle.
I appreciate so much how Alex has made it a part of his life to be fully accountable for his side of everything even when he has a right to play the victim card. SO MANY Americans need to learn this I’ve taken professional classes about this kind of accountability abd im here to tell everyone that being a victim is a choice no matter what the level abd when you carry yourself as a victim you give the other side abd you give what happened to you power over you no matter how justified you feel being a victim is weakness being a victim is a choice
You are capable of achieving amazing things in your life!✨ You have within you the strength, courage, and determination to overcome any obstacle that comes your way!❤ Remember to always believe in yourself, to stay focused on your goals, and to never give up on your dreams!🙏
Alex. Do NOT put it down to luck. From an outsiders perspective we see it's not luck. It may feel like luck but it's a combination of all the micro decisions you made that you may not see but they all stack until those micro and macro decisions build a tower and that tower is when YOU notice it. Well played and I wish you even more success going forward 👌💪
Several times you asked him to slow down “because of your audience”. Don’t use us as scapegoats-that you couldn’t keep up doesn’t mean we couldn’t. And asking him to repeat himself “for us” is a funny request given that we can simply rewind the show if we feel we’ve missed something . . . Sorry to be a bit of a dick, overall I like you and your show a lot (episode you did with Flex Wheeler was great). But if you’re too slow to keep up, just admit it. There’s no shame in that. Lord knows I’m no genius either.
He pushed you till you had a chip on your shoulder that got you there... he's still instrumental to your success...it only just happened your way. And yes, there's a risk to him breaking you too, anxiety, drugs and depression. It's a 2way sword
I have to strongly disagree with him on the whole "you're not working out hard enough if you get energy from it". The more energy you expend on my workout and the harder I go at it the better I feel after. I love him, but he has the typical focus on the results and not "love the process" approach that I can't align myself with, and there's a lot of other people out there that shouldn't either
Flex, please put subtitles back to the videos so that Brazilians can see them too, we love your videos but many people don't understand English, put subtitles back in Portuguese, I love Dragons Lair, I'm your fan🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Really solid episode but starting at 1:01:02 and onward is insane value for anyone in the beginning stages. Thanks Flex and Alex!
Agree
Thank you
100% Agreed.

Good analysis...
People would not think it coz of how he looks but Alex is a deep deep thinker. Amount of knowledge bombs dropped here are priceless. Great podcast.
That was the most casual “how I became a millionaire” story I’ve ever heard lol good for this man working his ass off
haha yes bro but also never lose awareness of the fact that we were all conditioned to associate hard work with riches!
is he lying though? there is zero proof that he achieved any of this.

One of the most actionable podcasts that I’ve come across and all I consume is Alex’s content. Damn.
Lewis is one of those few interviewers who knows how to listen, great podcast, thanks.

I need this man in my corner.. such business knowledge.
Enjoy Alex’s story and reflected on it compared to my own. His father’s story hit home, learning to play my own game & establish what I want in my own life.
Favorite bodybuilder and entrepreneur together! Loved this episode!
Saw smudges of Alex almost getting teary with the Leila - under the bridge story and the one on dying to his Dad. That was really something.
Great episode. Absolutely priceless wisdom for entrepreneurs

Phenomenal episode !
Closing statement
Don’t stop.
Thank you Alex!

Hands down my favorite episode on this podcast even though I’m usually here for meathead content
Hold up....14 years ago? Was it Jones vs Lacy because Roy really turned back the clock that night!

Confused bc 19 years old + 14 = 33 and Alex was born in 1992 per Google
He’s 33, googles wrong. He has mentioned his age before.
Hormonzi.
Don't dumb things down, or say that about your fans. Educate your fans.
Why does he keep saying 'ad spend'? Shouldn't it be 'ad spending'? What's the point of being so rich if you don't even know English?
