    Basta tumanngap na ng separation pay at last sweldo wakang issue dapat sa pag tanggal. Mag move on na dapat mga union na yan

    Need ba ng business owners ng paalam if gusto nila mag sara? Diba babayaran naman yung separation pay based sa batas? Ano issue?

      klaro naman na gusto sila alisin mga regular employees yan magsasara kuno para mag open uli ibang tao na ipapasok mga agency na mura na ang rate, pag sa yo mangyari yan sigurado isa ka sa magrereklamo

      Mahirap din kasi makisama sa mga union. Masyadong matapang at parang naghahari-harian na akala mo ay stockholders ng kumpanya. Kaya ang ending, hirap ang kumpanya magpatupad ng reporma para sa mas ikauunlad ng negosyo. Marami ngang mga ibang kumpanya tuluyan na lang nagsara dahil sa pressure ng mga union.

    The more I won’t hire them back, if I were part of the management. Few days left for work and they choose to go on strike 🙄. What other hotel would want to hire people with this mindset?

    kung may bayad naman okay na yun... ang sapul lang dyan ay yung mga retiree... mahirapan na sila makahanap ng trabaho dahil sa age nila... dapat nag-offer din si sofitel ng early retirement....

      they were given compensation like separation pay. So employer cant fire employee now even if they compensated them given by the law?
