It's ironic that so many people make fun of Kristen for being emotionless and here she is making big bucks playing one of the only emotional people in the movie. That's how you win, friends.
Candy Land and yet as one of the only emotional people in the movie, she’s still bloody emotionless. To be honest I did actually like her in this and I’m no fan of hers, she played this part well and I love Nicholas Hoult so he was a big draw for me to actually watch this film and am glad I did because it was pretty good.
This movie is simply moving in the most sincere, intimate, and loving way. It's not that bad. I watched it in the theater twice and actually cried. It's beautiful .. appreciative and it just stays with you.

I watched this film on a flight several Years ago and it stayed with me. I have been wanting to re-watch it for some time but completely forgot the name of the movie! It seems even more relatable now in Post Covid world!

Yeah, you know what, how many imbeciles can have a face that looks stoned, and do it that good? There's beauty in pretty much everything IF you truly think about it, simply because there'll always be someone who'll find beautiful a thing others disconsider. I like her supposedly emotionless face, even though I don't share that opinion at all, I get feeling from her, you don't, deal with it, it's a reality, relative one, *always*, meaning there's no such thing as unique truth when it comes to feelings, opinions and impressions. Hmpf. Expressing emotions is just like jokes, all the ways of expressing emotion simply won't be for everyone, there's a way of expressing it someone will understand and then there'll be some other person who won't understand it, in the same way that a person will find funny, will understand and laugh at a *type* of joke, certainly not all of them. Goes the same way with emotions. Therefore, she wouldn't be best buddies with most people apparently, simply because they don't understand her way of being, and voilà.

I was not a fan of the twilight series and just couldn't make it though any of the movies but I thought this was a beautiful film, the score the cinematography had a very indie feel and texture to it. One of my favorite Kristen movies for sure. I know most people didn't like it but I did and I also know most people liked twilight and I didn't so I guess in the end it just comes down to how a movie makes you feel after watching it. Equals.. was very simple yet powerful at the same time for me and I think touches something much deeper in the chambers of our hearts which is to love and to be loved unconditionally. Yea I know sounds corny but that,s what I took away from it and for me that's a beautiful thing. With so much hate and evil on our planet I think we can all agree even the smallest hint of something as simple as love makes this short life so much more bearable.
I agree with you, this was a really good movie and it had meaning to it. Some like movies with no meaning whatsoever, but there are a good amount of people who enjoy watching movies like this. This movie got me feeling all kinds of emotions.

I think most of the comments are about Kristen not having emotions and how she is a great cast in this emotionless movie. Well, this movie was great and it's worth it. I actually love watching Kristen act in these type of movies. I felt all kind of emotions in this one, shocked, happy, sad, and anxious. There's meaning to this movie and I'd watch this again.

Actually, Delirium is a book series. There's more in the sequels that follow, but I've only read the first book so far, so I don't know if the series ended better than the first book ending.
I know, I've read the books. By proper ending I meant the books. I thought that I would watch the pilot that was aired after completing the series but it was taken down a week before I finished it. Also, read the next two books, they are good. And the ending isn't terrible or anything, you'll understand when you read it.

Just finished watching this. 😭. The music during the last scene kept playing during the credits, and I felt it in my heart! Legit had trouble breathing for like a minute into the credits coz of the music! Ugh. This was a good movie. I recommend it if you’re in the mood for some romance and drama and crying lol

This movie is so Good. Its starts boring but as it goes its so intetesting and intriguing.The ending made me cry.
Though I almost exclusively watch sci-fi thrillers, horror and comedies, this movie touched me. It made me cry. Lovely performances by both actors, no the movie is far from perfect but it is definitely worth a watch if only for those moments where these two start making a connection...that scene where they touch hands for the first time was amazing! And that comes from someone who isn't even a romantic soul, lol. Equilibrium was a great sci-fi action movie but this one is DIFFERENT.

Watching this trailer brings the story of 1984 to my mind.
I still give this movie an 8.5/10 despite that I have watched The Island before this. They have similarities yes, but Equals had me on the edge of my seat
