The jewelry store owner who locked a 46-year-old woman in his vault after he says she tried to rob him is speaking out. Cops say the lady tried to snatch a fortune in dazzling gems. Jeweler Vladislav “Bobby” Yampolsky told Inside Edition: "This woman was planning on leaving with $7 million worth of diamonds without us even knowing it." They might ask her to plead guilty & in exchange they'll lessen her charges. That's usually why most obviously guilty people plea not guilty, not because they think they have a chance to beat the case.

You don't have to walk out with the goods. Yes, its harder to prove in court if you didn't walk out of the store but if you had the intent to steal and it is obvious, then youre still going to face charges.
